The staff were super nice and helpful. The location is good for anyone that needs peace and quiet.

Not that I didn’t like the location but it was difficult to get to town and back if you didn’t have a chauffeur or a chauffeur’s contact. But I’m sure when the location gets wider and more moves there it’ll be easier.

The facility is well taken care of throughout. The staff were excellent and was able to accommodate our needs. They went above and beyond to order local food nearby to bring back to the location. The location is off the beaten path, and 1-2 restaurants are nearby. It's a pretty remote location.

even though I received a booking confirmation via email (which did not e.g.,include any information about a necessary upfront payment), we were rejected upon arrival because the hotel was fully booked. at the same time, booking.com suggested on their platform that there were still two rooms available for the aspired stay of one night. After the lady at the reception unsuccessfully tried to clarify the situation with the manager, with no information upfront, we were sent to another hotel (cannot give the name as the place did not exist anywhere online, not even on Google Maps) which seemed to have been in the last phases of construction. service was much to be wished for (no room keys at first, dirty towels and no toilet paper in the bathroom, badly smelling refrigerator, as often more expensive than communicated upfront) despite a very welcoming and clearly underaged „manager“ who tried his best to compensate for the lack of preparation. the room has AC and a great view onto the Atlantic, though. all in all, transparency via clear communication could have solved most if not all of the inconveniences and left us with a better experience than we had regarding this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. A/c unit worked and the shower was large. Breakfast was very nice and the staff member on site helped us figure out what we need to go for our travel around town.

When we arrived, there was no one on site and I had to contact the manager to have someone come let us in. Communication with staff was a little strained, first to confirm our reservation and then regarding the exchange rate for paying our bill. They prefer payment in USD but did not specify this during our reservation process and the exchange rate was not appropriate.

Everything was great, the owner was really caring and polite. Staff also so amazing. Love it, love it

No free WiFi! Road to the property was bad like most roads in Ghana but staff said this was in hand to sort. . Directions to the property could be clearer but all theae points did not detract from our very enjoyable overnight stay.
