Loved that the boat was well equipped very well located, lovely extra special touches added, would love to visit again

Parking wasn’t easy no fault of the owner but on website for parking no spaces 24 hrs as soon as we decided to download parking app spaces were available instantly

The boat itself is nice and sits in a beautiful quiet location. It is well equipped with a bedroom and open kitchen / living room with a fold out sofa. Bath is small but functional. Nice porch outside - if you don’t mind the mosquitos at some point.

Unfortunately, parking was a complete disaster and makes this a very challenging stay. The next parking lot is a good 5+ minute walk and the host advised us to pre-book. However, the website did not allow pre-booking although we tried multiple times. When we arrived there were parking spaces available, but it was again not possible to book a spot. We ended up booking an extra room at the Premier Inn for 90GBP, as it was still cheaper than the 100GBP penalty for parking (there is a huge video camera at the entrance to the parking lot). We had asked the host for an alternative idea or guidance, but got no solution!

It is a pretty little river pod with fantastic beds, duvets and pillows.

There was no wifi at all. I did contact the owner and she said she would reboot it but it never worked. Also the windows were very dirty, which is a shame as you spend soo much time looking out of them.

Unique experience & that the host allowed bookings of one night only and also it was very welcoming to have wine and biscuits on arrival. We had good weather and also the views / setting are sublime!

Cleanliness. - there was mess all over the floor, picked up several bits by hand. Dining table chairs very dirty, soil grass and dust all over them. Bathroom tap not cleaned. The Lady Florence cloche over the biscuits thick with dust. Drip marks down front of bathroom sink etc.

The location of Lady Florence was amazing. Lovely being by the river path and a view of the castle.

The toilet flushed by itself!

We loved everything, its clean, unique and enjoyable. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the inability to enter when we got there as the staff didn't pick our calls when we were stranded. She called back after 5 hours but thank God for booking. Com who gave us the door code to enter. We were soaked in the rain because we've been there for 40 mins. Apart from that, it was a lovely experience and would love to come back.😁

As above, it's the inability to get in, staff didn't send email on all information even we called and she promised to resend it, because I told her I didn't see the email she claimed that was sent.

the shower was great and all the furniture and everything was top class

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Lady Florence. Loved the beautiful setting. Would definitely stay here again!

The sheet provided for the sofa bed did not fit, however we were able to improvise with the blankets provided.
