Et oppskrytt og dårlig hotell. Vil ikke anbefale dette. Beklager det.

Skuffende hotell. Dårlig beliggenhet og mye mindre enn vi trodde. Dårlig plass ved bassenget selvom det ikke var veldig mange gjester. Mest irriterende var alle gjestene som skulle ta tik tok filmer og bilder HELE tiden. De ba oss flytte oss pga bilder hele tiden. Rommet ble ikke rengjort før vi ringte to ganger og ba pm det. Rommet stinket kloakk og vi måtte be to ganger om at de måtte se på det også. De var det første hotellet på vår tur som ikke hjalp oss med pick up service fra stedet vi kom fra dagen før. De tok depositum for rommet. Minibar kun med 2 brus. Mest skuffende og oppskrytte hotellet vi har vært på på vår rundreise i Thailand. Restauranten på hotellet lignet en sykehuskantine med ketchupflasker på bordet og flombelysning. Var uaktuelt å spise der.

天国♡過去一番大好きなホテルとなりました

とにかくおしゃれで最高のホテルでした。ホテルのレストラン、そしてフローティング朝食も頼みましたが、どれも本当に美味しかったです。また絶対に来たいと思いました。

Dezamagitor. Doar un loc instagramabil, in rest mucegai, umezeala si tantari.

Doar piscina- intradevar este superba. Parerea mea este ca aceasta cazare este doar instagramabila si atat Micul dejun bun su diversificat. Foarte mici preturile daca vrei sa mananci acolo la pranz si cina ( nu ai unde altundeva, oricum)

-mucegai in camere. Prima noapte am stat la etajul 2, am ajuns la 12 noaptea, cand am deschis usa, mirosea îngrozitor a mucegai ( care se vedea pe pereti, langa plinta). Nu poti dormi de miros si umezeala. -a doua zi ne-qm mutat la camera de jos, cu iesire la piscina. Fusese abia curatata, cand am intrat mirosea superb. Ne-am bucurat crezand ca nu mai avem mucegai. Pana seara, aceeasi poveste- a inceput sa miroasa a mucegai, era in baie pe faianta , pe la chit- ingrozitor. Cearceaful era usor umed tot timpul, daca lasai un prosop in camera ( afara nu aveai unde) il gaseai la fel de ud. -camerele sunt normale, in niciun caz de 5 stele. Usa la toaleta este de geam si ajunge pana la o treime din inaltimea camerei, practic tot mirosul ajunge in camera. -tantari in camera. MULTI! -4 sezlonguri sunt la piscina. Atat. Si cateva fotolii.

Beau hôtel c’est tout ! Bien pour faire des photo mais très très mal situé il n’y a rien au tour . Une piscine qui est à l’ombre toute la journée 2 pauvre kayak dans la piscine

Очень красивый, новый отель, но не без небольших минусов

Расположение замечательное - тихий спокойный район, рядом один из самых уютных пляжей Ао Йон. Единственное - районы с кафешками и массажем примерно в полутора км. Номера абсолютно новые, отель очень красивый.

Не понравилось, что вода в бассейне холодная, купаться некомфортно. Также крайне некомфортно было отсутствие в номере шкафа и туалет, отделенный от номера только стеклянной перегородкой по типу душевой. На завтраке закончившуюся еду почти не докладывают, поэтому лучше приходить в начале завтрака

Excellent time for the last days of our honeymoon.

We had a room with a private jacuzzi. The room was very comfortable, the food was great and we had a really good time here.

There is no nightlife and no food trucks on the street nearby. The jacuzzi has no temperature controller.

Mooi verblijf en locatie, alleen jammer van het lawaai en de checkout. Personeel is er wel maar weet niet veel over bezi

Zeer mooie locatie, insta waardig

Veel lawaai door keuken aan de deur van de kamer, we moesten een extra toeslag betalen voor het reinigen van de kamer terwijl dit al in de prijs zat. Het personeel beweerde dat de handdoek te vuil was, dat ze 10mn moesten schrobben terwijl we nog maar 3mn uit de kamer waren. Na veel tegenwerken moesten we niet 500 maar 300 baht betalen voelde een beetje als een scam aan om extra aan te rekenen bij de klanten

Not worth money

No thing special

Bed,pillows and blanket look clean but not really clean . Shower room have a very slow drain water system. Basin or kitchen counter cannot use properly . No closet or wardrobe . Checkin staff is very slow(I think because of system)

Het zwembad stond in de schaduw de hele dag. Ook staat er in de inschrijving dat je een bad hebt maar die krijg je helemaal niet

נקיון ברמה ירודה מאוד

היינו בחדר עם גישה לבריכה, הבריכה מהממת וגם הבריכה בקומה העליונה ממש כיפית. הצוות בחדר האוכל תמיד היה אדיב ונחמד.

שהינו סהכ 4 לילות במלון, מתוכם ניקו לנו את החדר פעם אחת, ולאחר שביקשנו נקיון בחדר רק הביאו כמה מגבות מבלי להחליף מגבת רגליים אפילו. הצוות בקבלה עושה טובה שהוא מסייע במשהו ולא חביב במיוחד. בנוסף התלוננתי מספר פעמים על ריח של עובש ומה שנראה כמו עובש במקלחת, וכמובן שלא ניקו את זה. רמת הנקיון בסך הכל לא ראויה בעיניי, ומלון עם חיצוניות כל כך מרשימה פשוט אכזב אותנו! נגעלנו ממש וחבל ששילמתי מראש!

I expected more. Very dissapointing

Very quiet and peacfull most of the time due to location. Great pool Great view.

Unfortnatelly this will be long: 1. The staff at the front desk were not friendly at all. I arrived after a long flight to Thiland and hardly a smile from any of the receptionists. I was looking for some attractions to do and was looking through their book for about half an hour trying to decide what to choose. No one aproached or tried to help or offer advice. That happened twice. 2. It was my birthday, and a family member from US waned to order a surprise cake for me. He called me up to ask if I got it, I had no idea what he was talking about, aperantly they just left it in the room fridge without notifying me at all + did no add the note he asked to print for me. 3. When I arrived I asked where can I change money. The receptionist said "turn right and walk 10 minutes" , the problem is after you start going right, there are 2options of turns and no one to ask as there is litrelly nothing around. They could be a bit more specific.. 4. I had some ants in the room+ 2 baby spiders. I understand this is a tropical island and yet this is a 5 star resort. 5. There is no gegi milk option in the restaurant for coffee. Only cow milk. I woul think in 2023 there ould be at least one other option for vegans. 6. There is more but I made my point..

Beautiful resort with gorgeous views but needs to be a little bit more clean

+ gorgeous view + amazing staff + room service every day, two drinks of water brought every day, peanuts brought every day + two pools + kicking + Beachball +boujiness + amazing black out curtains and bed was SO comfortable

- mirror and sink were not clean - location a bit far but most places are a 20 min Bolt ride away (not expensive)

We can keep our bags at the lobby while waiting for check in time. The view is pretty and the room is comfortable.

Check in time is very late. 3PM. Had to go to shopping mall which is 30 mins while waiting 😂 and the bathroom got no privacy. We can see each other silhouette from the glass door 😂

Literally nothing, everything was bad

First the rooms were not clean at all. Dirty sheets. Dirty bathrooms Dirty towels The staff were not helpful at all, bringing ice to our room took them 45 minutes

Superb

The staff was kind and helpful, the pools were great : one with a sea view and the other one with access from the room separated by only a sliding door and where we can ride a canoe, which was quite unique, the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was a bit smaller than expected and the shower room did not have a hanger.

The IDEA of the resort is fantastic bit it needs more efficient and effective management to ensure a better and more relaxed atmosphere for customers

Alot of grime in the downstairs pool, mould on bedroom curtains, very small room for 3 adults. Our shower was broken when we arrived changing from burning hot to very cold, meaning showering was impossible. We rang numerous times to have it looked at and both days someone came out and reported back that there was no issue. We reported the issue again upon check out and we were basically told they couldn't do anything. They told us we could have another room to shower in, that did not happen either. A couple of phone calls later with management they offered a free cocktail each........we checked out and just didnt pay for the 3 mediocre food items that we got. For such a fabulous idea for a hotel but maintenance work needs to be done and the helpfulness of management needs to be addressed.

Short and sweet

it is lovely and aesthetic if you’re wanting a good Instagram picture, the bed is so comfy and the rooms are modern and nice.

food is very very average, 300 baht for breakfast is steep for what you get. don’t expect high end food by any means. very far out from anything. staff were really nice then really dismissive. kids screaming in pools.

Really nice stay!

-The trainees were really good and nice they deserve to get a job. They were better than the actual staff. -Nice room -The look of the hotel the pool etc

Too far from patong, on video it was really cool, look big but it is not that big was misleading, breakfast was not included in the deal have to pay extra.
