Las camas estaban vencidas. El lavavajillas dejó de funcionar al tercer día. La comunicación para reservar el estacionamiento fue un poco lenta Faltaba una frazada (hacía mucho frío afuera y la calefacción llegaba justa) La vajilla estaba un poco sucia al llegar

Parking was really difficult. I understand that there’s parking in the bldg for an additional fee—booking.com, it would be a great idea for you to share this info upon booking!

Very handy to subway, lovely views, spacious, lots of kitchen utensils/crockery/glassware.

The master bedroom mattress was upside down, and on inspection we discovered a MASSIVE bloodstain on the mattress protector (so gross!). Stripped the bed, complained in the morning, and came back that evening to find a new mattress protector for us. No teatowel to dry dishes and only two dishwasher tabs for a five night stay. Super thin Venetian blinds that let in all the daylight from 6:15am! Pool closed on labour day, despite the city being in a 37°C heatwave (keeping the pool open for one more week would have been welcomed).

This was a spacious apartment only about 3-4 blocks from the Metro. We felt safe and enjoyed the comfortable furniture. It was very clean with lots of space to spread out. We enjoyed being at the end of the hall. It was very quiet.

We would have appreciated the ability to block out more light from the expansive windows for sleep. The air conditioning wasn't great.
