C’était un bon séjour, hôtel propre, personnel au top et belles chambres. Merci

Nous avons apprécier le personnel ainsi que la disposition de l’appartement

Ce que j’ai le moins aimé est qu’il y’avait que des doubles rideaux et pas de rideau. Donc il y’avait du vis a vis. Puis nous n’avions pas de balcons dans nos chambres.

La télé n'avait pas de chaînes.Il y a une serviette pour le visage mais pas de serviette de bain.

L'emplacement et Ma réservation d'appartement via Booking a été entachée par un niveau de professionnalisme insatisfaisant de la part du personnel. Les communications étaient confuses et le service ne répondait pas aux attentes. J'espère que cette remarque contribuera à une amélioration du service pour les futurs clients."

Malheureusement, mon expérience de réservation via Booking pour cet appartement a été décevante. Le personnel a démontré un manque de professionnalisme évident, ce qui a grandement affecté mon séjour. Les interactions étaient désorganisées, et j'ai rencontré des difficultés qui auraient pu être évitées avec un service plus attentif. J'espère que ces commentaires aideront à améliorer la qualité du service pour les futurs clients."

J’ai vraiment tt aimer 🥰 dans cet établissement . Le cadre, le deco ,le calme et surtout la propreté , j’en profite pour remercier tt l’équipe de stayhere . l’accueil a été chaleureuse (cc AKRAM et la genti fille qui ont géré le soir du 17) merci DONIA et o staf . désormais nos viré à rabat se feront chez vous 👌 bonne continuation et à très bientôt

Un seul truc , la ou accrocher les serviette et je pense j’ai just pas trouver l’emplacement de ce petit truc c pas méchant .

A wonderful place

A wonderful modern apartment supported by a team who really care and assist beyond what one expects. Dounia and Ikram were fabulous and accommodating.

Très bien mais très bruyant

Emplacement personnel et qualité des installations

Le bruit...on entend beaucoup les occupants des appartements à côté notamment la nuit... je n'ai pas pu dormir avant 3 h du matin même si je m'en suis plaint au concierge.

La qualité de la literie est propre L’appartement est bien placé il y a des places de parking dans la rue ainsi que un parking pour les locataires

L’appartement est très mal isolé Les équipements sont manquant dans la cuisine, il n’y a rien même pas une machine à café. Le dressing n’a pas de cintre manquait une serviette de bain. La table à manger était cassé.. nous avons dû demander à plusieurs reprises d’avoir une serviette et ensuite sachant que nous sommes restés quatre jours, j’ai dû insister pour que le personnel nous change les serviettes de bain ce qui est normal puisque nous allons pas utiliser les mêmes serviettes pendant quatre jours. il n’y avait pas d’accroche serviette dans la salle de bain. il manquait également les draps pour le canapé-lit. au prix de 460 € les quatre nuits, je trouve qu’il manque pas mal d’équipements.

Location excellent 3 minutes walk to Arribat Mall, Restaurants and Coffee shops walking distance. Staff very nice and helpful. TV Channels excellent. Property was Secured.

**I wish there was frequent cleaning service atleast after every 2 or 3 days. **Windows double glazing to reduce external noise.

It was quite a clean room with a really comfortable bed and a kitchen. The mall and a lot of restaurants were nearby

It was a little bit too far away from the city center, the doors are paper thin so you are able to hear a loud "ding" everytime the elevator was used, the check in was a little bit confusing, the bathroom was really narrow and there were just little details missing all over the place: E.g. there was only one towel even though we booked for two people, there was no place to hang the towel from, there were only two coathangers, there were no cups in the bathroom, there were no bedside lamps so you were left with the big light and the closet didn't fully open because the bed was in the way.

The apartment is in good location, new, clean, cozy, modern and stylish. The staff is very nice, there is always someone waiting outside the apartment to show the new guests the way to reception and apartment. There is also a nice terrace on the top floor.

I suggest to add a washing machine, which is usual for apartment. (I think some apartments of this company in other places also have washing machine, but not here.) The bathroom is a bit narrow, but not a big problem.

Terrible experience

Absolutely Nothing

I had a terrible experience as the appartement was not as advertised, I couldn’t sleep because of the surroundings noise and the very bad quality of the bed. I booked because I had a positive experience few weeks back in Hay Riad apparemment, but I regret the yesterday stay.

FUN

The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from Arribet Center Mall, supermarket within walking distance, restaurants on the street. A very quiet and central street. The apartment is clean and quiet, a very comfortable and luxurious bed. The team led by Abdel Hafez provides great service. Highly recommended.

I recommend adding an extra towel for the shower and a towel for the kitchen.

StayHere is a great experience and I would consider it in every city it's available in.

The staff was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was clean and big, with two bathrooms and a large terrace, and the keyless entrance was quite amazing. The wifi was fast and available in the whole apartment since you get your Wi-Fi router in your apartment.
