The apartment was excellent. Spotless clean, great size and very comfortable. The pool is very clean with lovely surrounding area. The staff are excellent always friendly and respond quickly to request. The location is on the edge of Duong Dong town and a nice walk from the hotel into town and to the beaches. Definitely recommend and would definitely return.

A friend slipped coming out of the pool and needed a doctors check so the manager took him to a doctor who roughly put in 5 stitches. The manager then provided extra towels to keep his head clean and the next day took him to the hospital to get it checked again and shouted my friends breakfast. The entire stay Duong, the manager, attention to his customers was exemplary and I cannot recommend him more highly. Having said that, all the staff there are lovely and helpful. My 4th stay there now and I never look for other options and the price, for what you get, is awesome. Little bit far from the night market but cheap enough local transport and having a scooter makes location irrelevant.

The owners of the property are super nice. The location was perfectly tucked away. Not just the hotel, but the surrounding area was so clean and pretty. I seriously can’t find any faults in my stay. TV had Netflix, air con was amazing, I requested an extra blanket as it was a bit small but this wasn’t an issue. Rooms were offered to be cleaned daily.

Sometimes walking in the dark late at night to the hotel but I bought a torch from the mini mart so it’s not a big deal - I never felt unsafe - however some ppl might with the dogs and animals creeping around at night - but I just pictured them as my little neighbours as well lol

The hotel is excellent. Everything is perfect. Good location, quiet, modern, spotless, minimart close, restaurants at end of lane, motorbike hire at good rates, and all staff friendly helpful and with good English. They are a young crew and I wish them well. I highly recommend.

Location is 10-15 mins walk from the centre/beach, but this was described in advance so not an issue.

The room was clean and spacious. The pool was clean. The location is superb with lots of nice food spots and beautiful part of the long beach . We usually used Versallies beach club. The Hotel was so good that we spent over a month there. The best part of our staying were the managers and owners! Nicest people always ready to help! They even threw seafood BBQ parties for their guests. It was sad to leave.

The hotel and the staff were amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us check in a bit early as we were travelling with lots of luggage. They offered daytrips at very good prices and there was a takeaway deliveey option which we used one evening. The rooms are clean and spacious and the lobby downstairs is great as well.

The two guys at reception could not have been more helpful! They quickly arranged a semi automatic bike for me to rent when all they had on the property were scooters. They also were super helpful when I lost my phone and helped me get it back within about 30 mins. They were also awake at 6am to help me book a taxi to the airport! So so grateful they were there. The room was cleaned every day and it was a super convenient location. Didn’t try out the pool but it seemed well maintained and clean. Would definitely recommend this place!

New hotel, quiet area, clean rooms and cleaned every day. Owner and manager are great, always with a smile, helpful with everything (booking tours, hiring a bike, recommending places on the island, inviting us for bbq with other guests, these guys were really nice and welcoming to share Viet culture. Good price for what you get, real pictures, they speak Viet, English and Italian.

The location is quiet and is 3 blocks from the main avenue, it didn’t annoy us because we were renting a bike.

- The receptionist is incredibly argumentative and unfriendly. - The bikes they rent are unfit to drive as they are falling apart. - They falsely advertise their rooms, when you click on the ‘select room’ option it displays every room type when it’s supposed to show you the room type you’re booking. - The electricity went off from very early morning until 5pm when I told them I booked this hotel to work. I slept at 2am due to working late and then woke up sweating very early morning as the AirCon was off, it was incredibly humid. the receptionist argued with me saying I shouldn’t have slept so late and that is my fault despite me getting no sleep at all I had to pay the full cost. - The WiFi is unstable. - There were urine stains all over the seat when I first arrived. (I have pictures) - The place itself is new and very difficult to locate. My initial taxi took me very far away as the hotel has the exact same name as other hotels in the area. - They were conducting building works with hammers, saws etc, the property is clearly not finished but they’re allowing guests in. - They essentially cut costs on everything in the hotel, shampoo and shower gel is not labelled, I’m supposed to guess. The toilet seats don’t fit the toilet itself. and worst of all… COLD SHOWERS! There were no hot showers, luke-warm at best. - There are so many reasons to avoid this hotel, don’t fall for the cheap cost and just pay a little more to get a nicer hotel closer to the centre, you will regret choosing this place. Awful experience.

Really good quality/price ratio. Swimming pool is clean, hotel is a little away from main road so it's really quiet. Owner is a fantastic and helpfull guy which can provide you with renting a motorbike, laundry etc.

The only little things to improve are: A little bad wi-fi in the room. Lack of sunbeds next to swimming pool.
