Noth ing about the place the worst I've ever stayed in springs in bed poking you in the back dark and dingy I would not pay £20 for that place sorry but that's how bad it is9

Location was simply perfect! The lady who welcomed us was very nice and polite! The studio was cosy!

Less light in the studio in the morning ( could have better blinds!)

Bes was comfy.

No working hoover or dustpan and brush. No plates to eat off

The location was excellent, just down the road and through a walk way and the road that leads you to the main shopping area. Walk further to the river front to soak in the history of the area. I was amazed to find out how old Maidstone is. The host went out of their way to help. I had Wi-Fi issues and they got someone around to sort out and had my brother unexpectant turn up, and to help with that, they supplied us with a mattress and linen. Thanks so much for doing that Wonderful to have a complete kitchen

The common areas weren't as clean as they could be. They also smelt strongly of cigarettes' smoke Giving parking advise in advance would be an excellent idea (they might have but I did not see it) Couldn't find a can opener, some larger spoons would be good too

Details of the disgust of the place and attachment of photos taken by my friends was sent to the owners by email with CC booking .com My friends refused to stay in such a place evidenced by photos they took and sent to me who had booked a place for their weekend visit to attend a wedding.I had to find alternative accommodation for their stay.
