The pictures looked nice and the other reviews were good. Unfortunately we never had the opportunity to experience what this property had to offer.

We reserved this vacation rental in February 2024 for 5 nights in July 2024. We wanted to beat the rush on availability and select the right place while there were many options. Once confirmed, we planned the rest of our vacation and other reservations. In May, I received a cancellation request and was told the owners wanted to use the property that week. I'm not happy, but maybe there was a mix up on dates with the management company. They offered to check their other properties, but none were available with the same size. What makes it worse though, right after they cancelled our reservation. We started looking for new houses to rent on the island and this listing was available during our dates, but required a 7 day reservation. So it appears to me that they cancelled our reservation and changed the requirements to gain 2 more days of rental income. And this was after similar sized rentals were no longer available on the island. If we had know back in February, we could have picked another place, but they waited almost 3 months to change their rules and not honor existing reservations.
