The house was really big and comfortable with an amazing view. The kitchen was well equipped.

The roads to reach the area were really bad..

Elevated location, views from the pool area and sunsets over the Aegean are exceptional. Clean, modern and comfortable villa with private pool that is as inviting as you will get on a scorching summers day. Aircon in every room. Area is not overdeveloped and the neighbourhood is quiet in the evenings. Kea is a charming island with tourism limited to those who reach it via ferry boats, and a few yachts. We had a meal at Oikos restaurant in Korissia and also in a tavern in Vourkari, both are recommended. Ioulida is an authentic, charming, lived in Greek village. Xyla beach is within walking distance for those who fancy a bit of excercise. The dirt roads are a bit bumpy, the upside is that there is little traffic. The staff at the villa were very friendly and helpfull, especially Aourilia.

Everything was excellent if there is something to change is the road quality from the city of Kea to the property which was very bad and scary at night

The views and sunsets. There were plenty of power sockets. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality pans and utensils. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water.

On arrival the pool had not been cleaned and we had to request for this to be done. The cutlery in the drawer was not clean so we had to wash everything before first using them. One shower was blocked and the water would not drain,the other one was slow to drain and did not have a shower head holder. However on speaking to George he organised for a plumber to come the following morning. The sun beds are heavy and difficult to move as they are not on wheels. There is no full length mirror in the property. The third bedroom is part of the downstairs living area and only has a curtain to close it off. To access the property by car numerous manoeuvres were required. A car is an absolute must as there are no local facilities so supplies need to be purchased in advance.

Very pretty location. The house was ideally sized for our family with three young children. Great views from almost every spot. Great terrace, lounging area, plus a dining area. The owners and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Clean and brand new

the only tiny little thing is that it would be nice to have the outside area between the two villas separated for privacy, but minor issue as the view is so stunning :-)

The property is located in a special part of Kea, Melissaki, overseeing the Aegean Sea. The staff were extremely helpful both with providing a baby cot as well as resolving any other issues such as the internet.

Due to the fact that it was too windy the pool didn’t stay clean for a long time and the umbrella could not be open as it would move with the wind. The property would benefit from having the outside space where the table is covered so that it the view of the sea could be enjoyed while socialising.
