Spacious

Didn’t have enough pillows or crockery. weren’t given enough large towels and when asked, kept given small ones

That was a perfect place for work, and enjoying the sea & swimming pool afterwards. Amazing private terrace, good wifi, spacious room with a kitchen.

Unfortunately the noise insulation of the rooms (and whole buildings) is very poor. You can hear every movement of the furniture, steps, doors & closets banging, from all the walls around you. Sleeping without earplugs is a bad option.

we had issues with a insect plague, and they didn’t clean properly!

The food was amazing everything was fine i recommend to everyone except old people for those it might be more walking but for everyone else this is amazing accommodation.

Close proximity to Cala en Bosc and lovely restaurants, beach & supermarket.

Apartments clean but a little worn and tired in places. Comfier balcony seating would be nice to enjoy the lovely evenings for longer, rather uncomfortable after a while.

The location was great, the room was in good condition and there were 2 good pools available. Staff is also very nice!

The kitchen area inside our apartment is very outdated when comparing to the rest of the rooms. It had the bare essential. If the kitchen was a bit better it would deserve a higher rating.

The location is great. Very close to shops & places to eat and drink.

The room is very basic. It was so filthy that they had to deliver a new fridge and microwave to us. Hairs in the sink and on the toilet. Light & switch hanging off the wall. Garden in front of our apartment was shocking. The pathways around the complex are all damaged and impossible to push a pram on.

Staff was friendly and professional, position is good as citadela nearby, pool is good, local beach is 10 min walk, but very crowded so a car is recommended to access better beaches, restaurants (citadela) or supermarkets.

Room was bad, ac and TV did not work, kitchen not equiped as described. We had much better rooms for the same price during our 2 week stay in menorca. Is okay for 1-2 nights max.

Great place for when you’re on a budget and great location

Plenty of space. Well located and nice swimming pool.

Toilet paper was not replaced all the time. The matress protection was feels like pastic.

on arrival the property , including all kitchen utensils, were extremely dirty. we were told someone would come clean every day or every other day but I thoroughly checked and dirt in the same spot was left there for the whole week, hence no one cleaned. all that was done is exchange towels and bin liner. the key to enter the door is in a difficult position in the door and it makes it really hard to open and close the door. kitchen utensils were poor quality and scarce. on our last day, the toilet flush stopped working. I called reception and asked if someone would come look at it and fix it if possible. I was told someone was coming. waited more than an hour and no one came called back but the “24 hour” reception didn’t answer. we were left all night and all morning without being able to use the toilet which is unacceptable!
