Very good

Front desk woman was very nice. We liked being on the first floor and so close to breakfast, which was better than I thought it would be and loved the yogurt bar and salsa for eggs. Server was working hard to give alternatives when they ran out of coffee cups and she was so nice.

No jacuzzi and pool was cold. Social hour was only Monday through Wednesday and I think if they had something daily, that would entice more guests to socialize.

Great place to stop!Just should recheck the front desk quality

Great stop between Las Vegas and San Diego. Very clean and very nice.

We arrived late, 9:45 pm. With 4 kids. We got only 3 towels in the room. When we called the front deak, the nice guy told us that he doesn’t have any extra towels to give us (!!!). I asked him if he can see that I paid for 6 people because I thoght it was my mistake. But he answered that he could see that. Just after I explained him that it doesn’t make sense to ask us to share 3 towels he told us that he will check again. After 5 minutes he asked us to come to the front door to pickup 3 towels. I didn’t want to argue so I did it but the whole situation was so frustrating.

decent, although not enough value for the money.

The location was OK. Parking OK. nice that they have a decent restaurant within walking distance right across the parking lot. Reception was pleasant, outgoing...good entry for tired travelers. Room was nice.

The breakfast was middling. We came at 09.15. A mix of paper plates and plastic silverware and real plates with real silverware, there was no silverware, so I ate from a real plate with plastic silverware. I scraped the bottom of the barrel of the eggs. The jams were actually very cheap jelly mostly of the grape variety. Regular coffee had run out, there was no evidence of anyone there to pass that on to. If a hotel talks about breakfast being included, then as a traveler I expect some value from a breakfast. I was disappointed in the breakfast.

Very friendly staff

Very high rating on this site, but 3.5 on Google. The place was average at best. Had to carry my firearm if going outside after dark.
