The hotel is placed in a prime location and worth the money.

The location is in a prominent place. All amenities were within stone throw distance. Two Mohammeds, Kareem, Saad were very friendly and helpful.

It is better to mention what is free. For example when water was asked after a week one Mr.Ibrahim (at the reception) said only on first day and we need to buy water from shop (The conversation was as usual through google translator). On enquiring with the manager in the mobile number shared, she was kind enough to arrange and it followed regularly for rest of the day. There is no nameboard and it is difficult to find the hotel. In fact after staying on 13th Jan (Saturday), on 14th Jan (Sunday) using google map reached the hotel and couldn't fine :-). Enquired with a shop opposite to find the hotel...ha ha ha.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis Verhältnis war sehr gut und die Ausgangslage super für einen Städtetrip.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Bei uns im Zimmer war kein Föhn, hier hat uns sofort Mohamed Ali weitergeholfen und einen Föhn gebracht. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber. Top Lage. The staff were very helpful. There was no hairdryer in our room, Mohamed Ali helped us immediately and brought us a hairdryer. The room was very modern and clean. Location is great.

Das Gebäude wird noch renoviert (die anderen Stockwerke). Durch die zentrale Lage hört man den Straßenlärm. Auf den ersten Blick hätten wir ein Eingang nicht erkannt, da wir kein Schild gesehen haben. The building is still being renovated (the other floors). Due to the central location you can hear the street noise. At first glance we would not have recognized an entrance as we did not see a sign.

Location is fantastic, curb appeal is impacted by the ongoing construction.

We want to say a special thanks to Saad. He had given us many helps, he speak English fluently. Extremely friendly.

Good Stay

The rooms are nice and modern however the building entrance and reception could’ve been better . The cleanliness is good however some rooms could’ve also been more clean. The overall stay was nice and comfortable. the staff are super friendly.Recommended if you’re staying in cairo.

I loved the whole apartment, we had everything we needed, definitely would stay here again

pillowcase and the blanket would be cleaner but still the apartment was very clean

Fully enjoyed my stay at this beautiful appartment

It is a beautiful and well equipped home away from home and the kind and very helpful staff is always there, if you have any questions. The location is ideal as a starting point to discover Cairo.

Downtown Cairo can be noisy in the night, especially if you stay there during Ramadan, as I did. Noise-sensitive travelers might thus consider Brassbell’s apartments in Zamalek.

Superb

was super super just a few points, regarding the room temperature as not heater in Cairo winter, just a small resistance heater that is not enough to break the cold. quietness, doors are not well sound proofed, so can work on that also by sealing the doors. besides this it is a little heaven place :)

Great apartments!

Everything looked like the pictures, some rooms were bigger than others (booked 4 total). Staff is super nice, responsive and helpful, esp Mohammed.

Located in downtown so super noisy and crowded. A little hard to find initially but it’s right across the street from McDonalds and the staff is really easy to reach. Bed could be a little more comfortable

Our stay was good, the apartment location was great close of everything and staff were really friendly and helpful alway

The apartment is very nice! the kitchen is well equipped, bathroom very clean , all fine!

The building where is located is very old, there is no reception, a lot of noise.
