The highlight of our stay were the hosts. The communication was timely and professional. After we arrived early in the morning (we traveled during the night from Marakesh), we were informed that our room would be ready in two hours, and were invited to have coffee and breakfast (we were not charged for it). They also gave us any info we needed about the city. The breakfast was served on time and was satisfactory - a selection of breads and pastries, cheese and ham, some spreads, yogurts, orange juice, coffee and tea. They make the eggs on the spot when you sit down for breakfast, and the rest is served as a buffet. The room was spacious and beautiful, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The riad itself is beautiful, with amazing traditional architecture. The breakfast is served in the central courtyard which also has a large confortable sitting area. The roof terrace is very nice as well.

Our biggest pain with our room was the bathroom. Our room did not have an en suite one - the bathroom was located in the hall from which our room (and another one) was accessed. We were assured that we would be the only users and so the bathroom was private. While we were indeed the only users, the position of the bathroom (near the stairs used to access the shared roof terrace) made it awkward for us to use it, especially after taking a shower. It was also split into two very small "rooms" - one containing only the toilet and not much room to stand in front, and the other the sink and the shower. From what we could see, our room seems to be the only one that doesn't have an en suite, so if this is a problem for you, you can check with the hosts beforehand when making the booking. Other than the bathroom, there were some amenities listed that were not present - there was no trashcan in our room - we stockpiled empty water bottles on a table, but they were not removed as there was no room cleaning in the two nights we were there. Also, we were not given soap or shampoo (which are also listed on the room booking stats) - I don't really mind this, but I am writing it here just because this was not the case for any other riad we stayed at since we came to Morocco. Finally, while riads are usually somewhat noisy due to their layout and architecture, this one seem to be particularly so. We could hear water running in other rooms, as well talk from other guests (which could just be them being loud).

The host (Amine) he’s super nice ! and the breakfast was really good. it’s totally worthy for this price. room is very clean !
