it was right by the mosque which was convenient.

•wifi DID NOT work. claimed it was fiber internet when it was so bad it wouldn’t even connect. we ended up staying somewhere else for our trip and didn’t get refunded. •very loud since right by mosque •no hand towels in bathrooms or kitchen •beds were hard as a rock and not comfortable •not a ton nearby. you’d be better staying somewhere closer to cafes, restaurants, etc •only could pay in cash or PayPal. not a card option

Its proximity to the Mosque, the view from the balcony, and also very spacious inside with two separate bedrooms. Also, after the check out, the property was flexible to keep my car in their private parking for couple additional hours. Overall, very good experience!

needs updating- kitchen slider door didn’t lock, curtain rod fell when opening the shades, no lock on main bathroom door, caulk stain buildup… the pictures look better than the actual.

property location is really good. the owner was very helpful. it was fully furnished and clean. we asked for few extra towels and he sent it without short time. we needed an extra duvet and asked him late but he sent it. we stayed in three different cities but this flat was best among those. wifi was very good and fast. I will highly recommend this flat.

These are minor points in my opinion and shouldn’t detract from the fact that we recommend it in the main. 1. We were asked to park the car on the road and were hassled by what appeared to be unofficial people to pay then for parking. This made us very uncomfortable. on ring img property management the issue was sorted. 2. The wash rooms had no working locks!!

Amazingly good and well located

They kindly accepted us despite our late check in. The apartment is large and very confortable, conveniently located.

When we arrived the staff was not there and we had to wait 10 minutes to check in, although we had communicated by message that we were going to arrive.

Very big space and the view is great. Secure parking and easy check in.

Would be nice to provide soap for the shower and detergent for the washing machine would’ve been helpful also :)

Excellent location across the the Hassan II mosque, perfect to walk over in the morning and also, to walk by the waterfront nearby. (Try the fresh, squeezed pomegranate juice by the waterfront - delicious!) Spacious, airy apartment. Attentive staff and owner.

the location was exceptional

there were a lot of things broken ( toilet, kitchen , electricity)

easy to communicate, Bamba welcomed us and was available for questions and so did the owner. secure parking, steps from mosque and the sea. laundry machine, elevator.

Old neighbourhood, lots of people coming to the mosque, apt need some maintenance (toilet seat, wall hooks, some pillows have mold, kitchen door doesn’t lock).

The location is perfect. It's near the big malls, Hassan II Mosque, the beach and other installations. Ibrahim (the owner) was very nice and reachable whenever we asked for anything. Bamba (concierge) is very nice and helpful. The cleaning ladies were nice as well. The staff made the stay very smooth. I will definitely come back next time I travel to Casablanca.

Bad communication skills from owner. Little understanding for visitors well being. Concierge tried as good as he could to cover for the deficiencies.

need a holder of shower head on the wall. the water drain of shower is blocked a bit, need some work on it. one of bedroom facing main street is noisy at night. but I am ok as I don’t have any sleep problem.

The owner manager, Ibrahim, have very accommodating from the very beginning. He maintained close communication from the very beginning and provided detailed instructions which made everything easy. Location was great - walking distance to conveniences such as local market, restaurants, cafe, banks, etc. Hassan Mosque is just a throw stone away.
