The apartment is a little tired and could do with bringing back up to a high standard.

Very good location, central and close to every part of the town. Friendly host. Sunny apartment. Very clean. Fast wifi. And such a nice view from balcony !!

general hygiene wasn’t of the highest standard, both towels and bed linen had a damp smell, as well as the couch. it didn’t seem like much care went into taking care of the small details, like the expired snacks provided, or even extra toilet paper. I feel like, if these small details were addressed, they could definitely provide a much better experience.

The appartment was amazing! Everything was clean and modern, you have a view to the Mosque and are really close to it. Our host was very accomodating and found us a taxi to the airport last minute (we did not know we should have booked it a day or more in advance). We had snacks and water (complimentary) and we just got the rest we needed at the end of a very tiring trip!

the beds and the pillows are very bad. we couldn’t sleep at night. the bigger bathroom has a very strong bad smell. the owner was not cooperative at all. he took the money and disappeared all together. our call was not answered to ask about the ignition for the stove because the ignition was not working and when we asked him does he provided the lighter, he told us to get it or buy it by ourselves. shortly this guy is a crook.

Location, easy to "check in" , very nice staff, 10 min walk from the brand new Marina Shopping Mall and from some of the best restaurants

You're obviously very close from the Mosque and another Minaret so you are fully enjoying the Muezzin call at 4:30 am :)

Nothing , everything was good

The property is just a 2 minute walk to the Hassan Mosque. There is also a Hammam for Moroccan bath located at the mosque which is supper convenient. The host Ibrahim, is super nice, friendly and helpful. The property is located in a residential building, there is a chinese restaurant in front of the building. At the ground level there is also a bank. A few meters way is a small grocery store where you can buy important stuff such as water, juice and other necessities.

The owner of this property made our week's visit difficult and unpleasant. His advertised phone number is not in service, and there is no concierge to help visitors. This property location is not good for solo travelers, seniors, or families with children because it is in a very poor district with homeless people sleeping on the street and no decent food shops less than a 10-minute walk away. The noise of the daily prayers may also be disturbing for children and light sleepers. The owner told us that he is “not required to provide everything listed as ‘amenities’ on the webpage of booking.com.” This includes the advertised Extra Health & Safety Measures and the Travel Sustainable Program, none of which is true for SAB 14. Missing amenities included basic kitchenware (beyond two knives, forks and spoons), decent pans, necessary cooking utensils, kitchen cleaning supplies, toilet rolls, hairdryer, adequate number of towels / tea-towels, sheets that are the right size for the bed, comforter without stains on it, and a clean drying rack. Only after I emailed booking.com to complain, did the owner provide these essential items. Satellite TV service did not work, showing a “No Signal” message all week. The shower basin flooded on the first day due to a hair clog, and there is no desk to work on (only the dining table). Within 24 hours, the owner demanded cash payment in full and refused categorically to accept a credit card, despite the advertised statement on booking.com. He threatened to cut off the water and electricity if we didn’t pay cash. He also reported to booking.com that we had left the property without paying, which was a lie. I offered to send booking.com a selfie from the apartment to establish the truth. He kept repeating that he could charge us far more for the apartment and we should be grateful for everything he offered. Finally, the persistent smell of the drain from the guest toilet filled the apartment day and night. We were glad to leave.
