Superb
Neighbourhood will be really nice once all the construction of other houses are finished. It is close to shopping centres and the beach. I don't know what it's like in summer but for winter a lot of cafes and restaurants close really early so if you want to go in or order online, really need to get on early.

House was new and clean with good facilities. Close to the beaches and shopping.
Some more in the fridge for the first day like milk, eggs etc. Kitchen towels and few more mats for doors and kitchen.
