Good value for money.

Bathtub as I wasn't feeling well.

Covers were stained but sheets were fine. The company's they contracted drives to weren't very good.

Good place, right location but poor furnishing and cleanliness not comfortable for guests

Its location close to the Border and town

Black insect infestation all over the property. These insects bite and need fumigation to exterminate them. Cleaning the tiles with a proper chemical and clean water and mop. You could see mop stripes everywhere on the tiles. The shared kitchen did not smell fresh and properly cleaned.

Good value in Kasane

Large, very clean & comfortable room, with aircon & good wi fi. Distant view of river. Communal kitchen, which is great for self-catering. Booked excursions to Vic Falls and Chobe River Cruise & Game Drive through them. Male receptionist, very friendly & helpful.

Female Receptionist reminded me twice to use her tip jar, which I found most unprofessional. The information around the excursions was very scant - we booked a sundowner river cruise and only found out as we embarked that there was no bar onboard to purchase drinks. The garages and entrance to the property is very tight - beware if you are driving 4X4's and vehicles with rooftop tents.

I will definitely go back to Top Stay and recommend it to others.

We made our own breakfast. Sometimes this clashed with the staff who had to prepare breakfast for other guests, also resulting in not enough seats available inside. Fortunately, Kasane's weather is such that outside is usually pleasant. The owner was always on hand and exceptionally helpful with arrangements for our Vic Falls shuttle service, day safari and boat cruise.

Apart from the comment above, we loved everything.

Quiet surroundings and I slept well

I don't know if Kasane has a town centre, but this hotel was not near any shops etc. Luckily I had some snacks with me as there was nowhere to get anything to eat. Breakfast was only a full breakfast (too much for me) or nothing., I did ask staff if I could order an egg and toast only. but never heard back. I was told that to get shower hot water the hot water lever had to be turned to the left. It never got hot and by then I was wet and had shampoo in my hair and had to go to the reception area to ask about getting hot water ( apparently the e lever had to be turned to the right - which I had tried, but it never got warmer) - staff should be better trained.

Exceptional

We had a very nice 2 nights stay and had the chance to go for a day trip to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe as they booked us a shuttle trip. The staff was very helpful and always very friendly. I had a problem with my camera and managed to fix it with their help too. It is a place easy to find, quiet, and with parking space. The room is very big and comfortable with a great balcony.

A beautiful house, clean and comfortable, the braai area and swimming pool is a bonus! We had a very pleasant stay!

Loved the balcony and room. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty facilities available like a home, washing machine, kitchen, dining area, swimming pool. Birds and wildlife around.

Nice stay

Nice guest house, a little far from the centre of town but still walkable despite the heat! Friendly staff. Spacious room. The staff arranged game drives and sunset cruise, which were very good.

Peaceful stay, small town feel, comfortable spot to explore Kasane from.

Friendly hosts and staff, helpful and accommodating! Lovely little balcony off the room. Fairly peaceful location also. Easy Nando's delivery straight to your room after a long day ;)

A bit far from the waterfront, activities, restaurants, grocery and social areas. I did not realize in advance there is no restaurant or meal provision at the property and none within short walking distance. Same for groceries. So just need to taxi around a bit. Also pre-organized airport pick up forgot to come get me (but the owner was quick to come directly himself when I managed to call from the airport which was nice). Would also be nice if the rooms had lockboxes for valuables.

Perfect stay at Top Stay Inn

I loved Top Stay Inn ! Nice room with balcony, confortable bed, perfect bathroom, and clean Inn. Pleasent swimming pool. Wonderful breakfast (a little bit expensive) Special thank at the welcoming receptionnist Tshepho ! I highly recommend Top Stay.

Good value, clean and comfortable place to stay with very accommodating and friendly staff!

Staff were excellent - especially Tshebo on site and Richard who, despite being away, was always available and very helpful over messages! They helped to organise a game drive in Chobe and transfer to Vic Falls at reasonable prices, and offered a good rate for laundry. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the toiletries in the bathroom were a nice addition.

Need transport (taxis are available) as there are not many places to eat nearby; there is a shared kitchen I understand you can arrange to use for a fee.
