Zona 4 is lekker centraal gelegen. De hotel had verschillende faciliteiten zoals een (kleine) gym, wasservice etc. De kamer werd elke dag goed schoongemaakt. De persoon was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik vond het prettig dat mijn wc apart was van de badkamer. Vanuit mijn kamer had een prachtige uitzicht op een volkaan uit de verte. Ik had een upgrade met een kamer met een balkon. Ik kon geen genoegen krijgen van de verschillende uitzichten over de dag. Verder had de persoon zich uitgesloofd voor mijn verjaardag. Ik ben alleen maar tevreden over mijn verblijf.

De restaurant op de 7de verdieping was in verbouwing.

Totally abusive to charge 15 USD for an accidentally broken glass of water. Way over the real price of the broken object, you cant expect to gain money on every transaction taking advantage of the client. Overpriced small rooms. Expensive and not recommended.

Rooms were clean and practical. The view over the city is great! 10/10 on hot, high pressure shower.

The restaurant was closed, which also closed access to the garden area which was a bummer. We preschedule airport transfer and had multiple conversations and confirmation on it the night before. When we woke up there was no shuttle and the gentleman working was being evasive on if it was ever scheduled. We ended up asking for a refund and just called an Uber. They were polite and gave us the refund.

Love the social responsibility of this hotel and the design. Modern and functional, we loved it so much that we stayed there twice during our trip.

The toilet room was small

De vriendelijkheid van de meisjes aan de receptie. Mijn man lag in een hospitaal en zij hebben mij zeer goed geholpen met vervoer van en naar het hospitaal. Hebben zelfs mijn empanadas opgewarmd op Kerstavond. Heb verblijf 2x moeten verlengen.

Bed stond ongelukkig. Tegen muur. Voor 2 personen is het moeilijk opstaan voor diegene die tegen de muur ligt ('s nachts).

Das Good Hotel ist ein sehr ansprechendes Hotel, die Zimmer sind kleine Platzwunder. Tolle und moderne Ausstattung in den Zimmern. Fantastischer, mit Grünpflanzen 🪴 gestalteter, Ausblick auf Ciudad… es gibt sogar kleine grüne Wiese vor den Zimmern der 7. Etage. Tolles und leckeres Frühstück im Restaurant 7. Etage ebenfalls mit Blick auf die Ciudad. Die Lage des Hotels in Zona 4 ist sehr zentral, sehr hipp mit coolen Bars, Cafés und Restaurants. Auch die sicheren Zonen 1, 9 und 10 sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Very quiet and clean hotel. The bed was super comfy - I had one of the best sleeps there in days. Restaurant was also great; friendly staff, delicious food, and amazing city views.

This was a great hotel in Guatemala City! We only stayed for one night because we had a flight the next day, but we could've easily spent more time here. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was really nice of them! The staff was friendly during check-in/out as well. The room was nice - a minimalist design, clean, and comfy. It was definitely the best bed and shower we had in Guatemala! The water pressure was strong and the water was hot. We also liked the restaurant on the same floor as our room and there are tons of restaurants, cafes, and bars in the area. We felt safe as well since you need a key to access the hallway to the elevators, to use the elevators, to get back to the hotel rooms from the restaurant, etc. Also the door to your room has an alarm. We also loved that staying here helped contribute to good causes!

The wifi was a little spotty, but that's to be expected.

Cleanness, location, staff was polite and helpful.

Restaurant holds tables for “reservations” that nobody else uses. Would be nice to sit wherever you want. Food and service was great though.

It's not difficult to understand why good hotel has a superb rating. It's a well designed hotel in a great location, with bars, restaurants, shops, etc all on your doorstep. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and available to offer local tips and advice on where to go and what to do should you require any information.
