Sehr schlicht ,dennoch moderne Einrichtung.Sehr sauber und gepflegte Unterkunft.Super ,das alles per elektronischen Code funktioniert . Toller Ausblick auf die Havel.

großes Appartment, tolles Bad mit Wanne und großer ebenerdiger Dusche, sehr gute Matratzen (wer es fester zum liegen mag), überall mit Schalter bedienbare Jalousien

die Beleuchtung könnte etwas gemütlicher sein der Backofen war von irgendwelchen Vornutzern mit eingebrannten Resten, dadurch stank er bei Benutzung es wäre gut, wenn statt Kaffeemaschine in der Beschreibung gleich Nespresso-Kapsel-Maschine gestanden hätte, man könnte schon vorher Kapseln besorgen

Eine gewisse Sterilität, sehr hallige Räume, da keine Geräuschdämmung durch Zeppiche, Gardinen etc., Es fehlen Sessel.

The location is great and the apartment is new so most equipment is unused.

There were no basic facilities like soap and as the apartment was unused, there were a lot of cobwebs 🕸️.

Very spacious - especially for two, warm, great view over the water, well equipped, high quality apartment. Close to the railway station. Easy 'commute' to Berlin for tourism etc. Would be an additional benefit to have a washing machine and drying rack for the very large 'laundry room', the connections are in place.

Only small things but for this price one could expect them - could use some basic cleaning and washing up materials and bathroom soaps, shampoo - directions for recycling etc.

Appartement was very clean and brand New. Comfortabele temperature. Very nice place.

Great views over the Havel from the terrasse. Totally new - it feels like we must have been some of the first staying at the place. Good facilities.

The sofa bed was sub-par and very uncomfortable. Should be replaced. The last 5% would be gained if the host would try to spend some nights in the apartment. Discover small nags such as missing chopping board, missing straps on towels and too few hangers for towels.
