Very clean new room Price was OK Staff member was very nice

Bad communications: no reply to messages I originally booked shuttle service but once I'd been in Morocco for a bit realised they were overcharging. So I cancelled Airport shuttle as they are charging 14 euro to go 2km. Cancelled pick up from train station as they were charging same for this (7 km). I got taxi outside train station for 50 dirham It's an easy walk to Airport if it's cool, or you can find a taxi easily Bed was very uncomfortable and creaked Bathroom light came in automatically, so has potential to disturb other occupants of room I did not get a good night's sleep

Sehr sauber und sehr gastfreundliches Personal

Das Personal war so herzlich und freundlich! Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben am nächsten Morgen sogar ein frühes Frühstück zum Mitnehmen bekommen. Das Zimmer war tiptop sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage am Flughafen ist super. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Simple et efficace

Le Riad se trouve proche de l’aéroport et il n’y a aucun bruit. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Fatima est vraiment très agréable et gentille ! Je recommande +++

Convenient

Easy convenient location, helpful staff!

It was a very cold time of year and the only public places in the Riad were outside which meant Breakfast was outside in 0 degree Celsius! Brrr. We asked for breakfast in our room and they were very agreeable.

Neues sauberes Riad

Ein sehr neues, liebevoll gestaltetes Riad. Sehr sauber. Die Dachterrasse ist richtig hübsch und man kann dort wunderbar entspannen. Das Frühstück war solide und ausreichend. Willkommenstee gab es auch. Freundliche Rezeption, spricht auch Englisch. Abendessen haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Man muss ein bisschen laufen um Cafés etc zu erreichen. Perfekt für Aufenthalt Nähe Flughafen, gerne wieder.

Séjour agréable pour une nuit avant le retour en avion

La chambre et en particulier la literie de bonne qualité !

Le petit déjeuner normalement inclu n’a pas été proposé en take away, ce qui aurait été quand même bien car nous partions vers 7h30. L’impression d’une page coûte 2€ (pas de geste commercial alors que petit dej non offert) Il faisait froid dans la chambre

Quite and enjoyable

This the best welcome I have ever had in Morocco, the receptionist will explain everything you need and helped me with any issue, The hotel is really high standards of quality and cleanliness, quite during night and traditional food cocked by local chef. Absolutely recommended

To stay if you have to catch a plane

The location is 5 mn away from the airport so it's perfect if you want to catch a plane in the morning. The host was very nice, she organised transport early morning and ordered food.

Our taxi driver had trouble finding the hotel because there was no sign on the door. There is no shop or restaurant around, so you could order food (pizza, panini) but it was expensive and not that great.

Ottima colazione, posizione comoda per l'aeroporto (siamo arrivati di notte con l'auto), anche se non facilmente raggiungibile. Disponibilità e cortesia nella gestione della struttura.

Un po' di rumori notturni non imputabili alla struttura.

Prix excessif et injustifié.

L'accueil était très chaleureux, les 2 filles étaient très disponibles. On était ravis en arrivant. Très belle chambre, spacieuse, moderne, propreté irréprochable. On s'y sent bien. La salle de bains est top, il manque juste une étagère pour y poser ses affaires. Le salon commun était magnifique. Parking gratuit devant la résidence.

Mais... Le quartier étant en travaux, on ne voyait que des chantiers autour. Bruits nocturnes et réveil dès 8h à cause des engins de construction. Petit-déjeuner = arnaque. Ça n'a absolument rien à voir avec un "petit-déjeuner marocain". C'est une honte de servir ça aux clients, franchement. Jus d'orange en brique, très chimique (goût de Fanta), pas de café ni beurre, msemen tout durs décongelés, et le pire: des oignons rouges...! Franchement, qui mange des oignons rouges le matin ? Une maigre assiette composée de tomates, concombres et oignons rouges. Conclusion: c'était abusé de payer un tel prix !

Nice on the inside.

From the outside, you'd never know that the rooms inside are very nice. Everything was new and clean.

The neighborhood is still under construction and isn't very pleasant. When it's finished, it may become a very nice spot. It was also in more of a residential building.

Perfekte Erholung nach der Ankunft am Flughafen

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Zimmer war extrem sauber und komfortabel und Jamila war so nett mit uns und den Kindern! Vielen Dank für alles!

Stairs and air conditioning not good at all for the size room we were in. Shuttle rather high for a short distance 140 MAD to airport.

Close to airport, kind & helpful staff, and lovely breakfast.

The staff is extraordinarily kind and helpful. They accommodated our very late check-in, past midnight, and were even able to provide a shuttle from the airport. The breakfast was lovely and was served in the little courtyard, and the room was very clean and comfortable. This was a great airport hotel!

Ok for a night before a flight

The hotel is nice, well decorated and clean. The staff is vers nice. However, the beds were so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep all night and the wifi didn't work at all in the rooms. It's 30 minutes walk from the airport and the shuttle they provide is very expensive (14 euros) and it's difficult to find a taxi there.

The beds, very bad mastress and pillow, my body is very stuck after this night.

i will not visit again when i come with friends but i reccomend for others if it is only for one night to get rest and l

the cleanliness , and the fact that it was close to the airport and 10 minute walk from some shops.

the staff were very persistent on us leaving on the minute of check out , some won’t mind but as for me i came from a 40 hour travel to get there and the staff knew this so when i over slept by a few minutes he was knocking on the door 5 minutes before check out and informing me i need to leave. i feel like they should be more understanding i understand they have a business and i need to check out according to the scheduled time but they also need to understand the circumstances from the people and be more understanding and lenient. also i was there with 2 of my friends and when we arrive around 7pm we were excited and abit loud but not loud enough to be irritating to anyone. they came and knocked on our door 3 times to inform us to be more quite until it got to a stage where we were whispering. it was not late enough to be this quite and we are on a boys trip and excited it is not nice to be told to be quite that many times over sound that was not that loud. thank you to the brothers they were very good other then those instances
