The place was wonderful and met our expectations, the location was excellent! The host was great and check-in and check-out were seamless. We will definitely be staying here again.

Location , very clean , kitchen well appointed , proximity to beach

No mirror in upstairs bedroom,light bulbs in downstairs living room could be a bit brighter.

Loved the location, the courtyard and the spaciousness of the villa. The quality of the kitchen appliances and utensils made cooking a breeze. The beds were super comfortable and had good quality clean mattresses and linen, especially upstairs.

The floors were not cleaned to my expectation. After a couple of hours in the villa, our bare feet were black underneath. I know the host was caught short with a cleaner not able to come in that day to clean and I do understand this is not what normally happens but this was the only thing that was a disappointment. It won't stop me from staying in Villa 11 again. Everything else was fantastic!

Great location in a quiet, family-friendly street. Plenty of space for the family. Lovely patio set among the trees and the birds. Clean and has everything needed. The shared pool is great for the kids.

Location good, 10 min walk to beach, 10 min drive to Margaret River House was very spacious, 3 big bedrooms, open plan living area, plenty of space to eat outside

House felt quite dated

Quality kitchen and laundry appliances. Everything was in good working order. BBQ that worked. A clothesline with pegs. Clear contact details if there was any concern.

A good spacious house with large comfortable beds. Great to have a washing machine. The kitchen was also well appointed with plenty of plates, bowls and anything we needed.

The house was tired and needed a really good clean. BBQ was unacceptably dirty and greasy along with the range hood, windows and flyscreens. The water was not hot, but luke warm. None of us used cold water in showers. Television was difficult to work out even following instructions. Could get pay television but only ABC television. Time for a good clean and some maintenance. Only half the downlights worked in the kitchen

great location, 5mins from the beach and had nice cafe/restaurant nearby very spacious and well stocked kitchen

the blinds were hard to put up in the bedroom would have been good to get beach towels

The location for cape to cape walk was excellent and the white elephant cafe for breakfast was awesome. The Common Bistro, also in walking distance, made the whole weekend very easy and enjoyable.

a few suggestions to improve your customers experience. I suggest you buy a washing basket, a clothes airer and a new bin as the foot pedal is broken. instructions for the Smeg coffee machine would be helpful.

It's not easy to locate the villa after dark. There is no instruction menu for the coffee machine.

The property was absolutely gorgeous, with great luxury details in each room, from the coffee machine to the king size beds and the array of plants everything was perfect.

The house was very nice, spacious, comfortable, location great, easy walk to beach. The bed on the first floor was nice, large and very comfortable.

Kitchen was nice, but equipment wise a minor thing really, it could maybe do with having a frying pan to be able to cook eggs or bacon for breakfast

I didn't like that the was no basic toiletries on the property such as shampoo or shower gel. we arrived and realised it wasn't available and was a bit inconvenient but not the end of the world.
