Nice location and apartment but Not Hygienic

The location is in the city center a d the apartment looks very nice.

The room smells a bit funky when I arrived, so I left the window open for a long time. However, I realised the smell was from the bed before I slept ! Very likely they didn’t change the bed cloths after the previous customer or didn’t wash them properly. It was so difficult for me to sleep when the bed doesn’t smell fresh. So I sent a message via booking.com to the property owner at night before i give a negative comment, but instead of helping me solve the problem, the owner cancelled my booking and didn’t reply my phone and explained why. I’m not trying to make a problem, but I think every customer has right to complain and defend their own rights. Since I can’t contact the owner anymore after my booking has been cancelled, I’m here to inform you that I have already self checked out at 9:30 am and put all the keys back to the locker.

Highly recommend.

Beautifully decorated room and bathroom with everything you could possibly need. The location is also great - a walking distance to the beach and old town.

Lovely room equipped with everything you need

The room was small but functional, plenty of towels and a comfy bed. The air conditioning was modern and fitted in a good location not facing the bed.

We found it quite difficult that the bathroom door was not sound proof and it made going to the bathroom quite uncomfortable. We also found it quite uncomfortable the lack of consistent hot water due a boiler being fitted in the bathroom

I ABSOLUTELY loved this apartment! It has one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in and the bed linen is super soft! The apartment is very well decorated, super new and spotless!!! It is super calm and I slept like a baby, I just loved it! It is close to the city center either by walk or by Uber/Bolt.

The apartment is really nice. Clean, well furnished and comfortable. A capsule coffee machine was available with some capsules, which was really pleasant in the morning. Hosts are easy to reach and reply promptly, the keys are in a small code-protected safe at the entrance and we used that option for check-in, but the hosts can arrive at the property within minutes if needed The shower is spacious and the bed & sheets are very comfortable. A wine cooler works as a small fridge.

I would happily stay here again!

The location was excellent. Very walkable from the bus terminal and the downtown area. The room was clean and cute. I loved the shower set up. The host was easy to communicate with and understanding of travel restrictions.

I don't have any complaints for this property. The shower head was a little difficult to get facing down instead of out, but I managed.

The perfect apartment in a great location!

Amazing cute property very central to all commodities! 10 min walk from bus station, 10 min walk along main road to centre of town. Perfect! The room was lovely and absolutely spotless clean! Very nice and modern room! The bed was extremely comfy and the shower was great! Really good value for money! Host was very kind and easy to get in touch with - no issues at all!

Very plasent experience

Host was incredibile. My shower was blocked and after 10 min he came to fix it . He order also taxi to the airport when I was flying back And that save me quite a bit of money.

Superb & Luxurious Room - Perfect!

The room was flawless & luxurious; A fantastic space :) The host kindly left water, coffee, cleaning & washing products, which was just what we needed after a long & difficult journey. The host was also able to accommodate us at very short notice & provided excellent instruction for getting to the room. Very comfortable bed that offered the best night sleep. The location is perfect, very close to Old Town, the beach, the water & lots of shops & facilities. A perfect place that was above & beyond any expectations. Thank you -> ^-^<-

Really nice apartment

Everything is really close to the apartment: the bus station, the beach and the old town as well. The room is not so big, but it is comfortable and well organised. The owner is really polite, he met me and explained everything and answered all my question. Thanks a lot for my staying in Zadar :)

Friendly and helpful hosts, extremely clean, new apartment, cosy room. Aircon and TV works perfect, coffee machine. Location is perfect right near the mall and a short walk to the beach.

It would be 10/10 with a mini fridge.
