All is good!

All is good! We were 5 pax, this property can easily fit 7-8 ppl. They have extra 2 single mattress + 3 queen beds. 2 toilets is really what we needed. Just wished that they can put more mirrors (bcs we girls need mirrors to get ready haha) The house is very clean, spacious & kitchen functioning well. They have washing machine but you will need to dry your clothes at the balcony. They do provide a place for you to hang your clothes. Parking is easy, got 2. Just on level 2 & very near to entrance. Check in instructions are clear. Deposit of RM150 needed before getting the check in instructions. we left smthg valuable at the property, they are kind to help to post back the item. The unit has very nice sunset view! Location also very good. Not too far from the bridge (around 20 mins) & not too far from the center of attraction places (around 10-15 mins)

Super comfortable and great view from the apartment and from the pool. The building only allows 1 HS at the pool and max 2 guests per apartment, not great

Only 2 elevators ( there are 3 ) were working. It's a big building so sometimes it was inconvenient

We were looking forward to our one night stay in Penang but was disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. Desp

check in was easy with the instruction given by the team. They are very responsive and reply to enquirers quickly.

The floor is sticky and the towel smelled. One of the bedroom door cannot be closed. As the apartment is near the stadium, it was noisy at night.

Everything is so nice and cozy ! Looks like a new apartment . The infinity rooftop swimming pool is the best facilities in this apartment . Got wifi and a lot of bed 😍👍🏻

Don’t have water dispenser . It’s okay because they provide electric jug kettle but it will be nice if they provide water dispenser like coway or cuckoo 😀

Great! but going to think twice if wanna stay again or not.

Complete facilities in the house. Feels like home. Strategic location. Near place to get food.

Rules for swimming pool is strict. Children can’t swim at the normal big pool even have swimming float. No laundry shop around the house. The check-in not so smooth, owner should instruct staff properly.

Perfect homestay

We were really happy with this apartment. Was really clean and the location was fantastic. Many eateries in the neighborhood. Contact with the host was perfect, very responsive. Check in and out was easy. Strong WiFi and very good Aircons.

Some construction working was going on during the day, but not in night and something that host can't do anything about.
