The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances like oven, dishwasher, and electric stovetop that are perfect for cooking up your favorite dishes! This spacious, modern and well equipped loft features: First Level: - Guest bedroom with Full size bed, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. Upper level - Master bedroom with King size bed, ensuite bathroom and Smart TV. - 3rd bedroom with two full beds which perfectly accommodate up to 4 people, Smart TV and also with ensuite bathroom. Casa Sunside has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Getting Around: Paraiso Residences is on the upper level of Puerto Paraiso Mall, so you will be steps away to Cabo San Lucas Marina. It's a place where everything happens and within walking distance of restaurants, clubs strip mall shopping area! You'll feel like you are in paradise with its amazing views of yachts and boats cruising by every day. Medano Beach is within walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away. Getting around the town: - Uber service is very convenient, with the exception of Airport and Resorts where it isn't allowed. - Private transportation is available from/to Airport for $185 USD (1-8 passengers) Send us your flight information if you would like us to help you book it! Non-refundable $250 USD pet fee applies (per pet) Last minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property. In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding. We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
