New Listing! Luxurious Studio Suite Condo overlooking scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. Condo has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated throughout with the latest amenities and brand new furnishings. The Condo sleeps 2 with a cozy King Bed and plenty of extra space. The studio has a separate sitting area with a full-size sofa and 65 inch smart TV. Studio is also equipped with a kitchenette stocked with a Keurig, microwave, dishes and a mini refrigerator. Deeded Beach access is located a short walk (.25 mile) from the Condo. Tram that runs March - October is also available directly from the Village. Condo resides in the family friendly Village of South Walton complex. All guests will have access to 2 Heated Pools (when temps are cold) and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills available for guest's use also located at the pool areas. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry grocery mart, there is no reason to leave your beach escape. Unit comes with 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, starter sets of shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels. POLICIES: - No Smoking and No Illegal Drugs - No Pets - No Guns or Weapons - No Events, Parties or Large Gatherings - Must Be at Least 25 Years Old to Book - Photo ID May Be Required Upon Check-In

This small 1 room studio was absolutely perfect for my weekend getaway...even with a surprise visit from my husband.
Top notch styling and the bed was so comfortable!
Easy get to and easy to get in and out of.
I will definitely stay here again on my next trip back to Rosemary Beach. Such a great place to relax and unwind.

Great location and clean property. Wi-Fi was very weak and created an issue for a business call. TV apps use Wi-Fi and we could not get any of the streaming to work but just for a bit. Disappointing features given todays remote working lifestyle.

The hosts were very cordial and responsive, before and throughout our stay. However, while our expectations were not high, the unit itself was a disappointment. The description of "professionally decorated, completely remodeled, newly listed" was questionable and certainly NOT "luxurious"! There was an air conditioner problem requiring a portable cooling unit, and the entry door could hardly be opened. Both issues were subsequently resolved, but the humidity level remained uncomfortably high. There was a portable dehumidifier in the room, but its use was not mentioned. Ceiling light fixtures have exposed, glaring LED bulbs that don't dim properly, making the light level intolerable. A towel bar was missing over the vanity in the bathroom, no area rugs, no closet hangers, small table top ironing board, soaps provided were mere slivers, no mirrors except in bathroom, dirty floor, sofa cushions visibly soiled and shower head a mere sprinkle! The mini fridge sits on the floor and is totally inadequate for one-week stays. Great photography on website, but pictures and gloating reviews deceptive! We suspect the unit was not really ready to be rented but rushed ahead for the holiday week.

We thought we’d booked the room one day earlier, thankfully the room was available that night & helped us check in earlier… Very helpful and accommodating… Loved the feather stuffed bed pillows, would love to order some myself… Highly recommend…

This condo is absolutely perfect! It was bigger than we even expected! It was super clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. We loved the location! Walking distance to beautiful Rosemary and Alys beach for restaurants and shopping! The tram was great and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for it. We also enjoyed the live music in the square each night. We can’t wait to come back again!

The location was fantastic, bed was super comfortable and very clean. Only downside is the beach. Now, that most bleach areas are considered private you have to share a small piece of the beach with all the condos, made the beach ridiculously crowded. You are better off going to the public beach

The property is very well-kept and in a great location! We enjoyed having access to the pool, close parking, and the entertainment of the pavilion area. The walk to the beach was easy and very pretty. Shopping areas and restaurants were close by and easy to find. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at this property and we would love to return in the future!

Great location with easy access to the beach and Rosemary Beach restaurants/shops! The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I on a long weekend trip, and the hosts were quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed 6 days at this property. It was cozy and comfortable with shops and stores within minutes. The pool is close by, and you can shuttle to the beach. As senior citizens, we appreciated the elevator access to the second floor. We would recommend Large Luxurious Studio!

We had a really great stay from start to finish. This condo is a perfect location within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Condo is equipped with everything you need for a weekend away. The beach chairs & towels were a great addition. The bed is very comfortable and the condo is decorated so cute! The owners were quick to respond and overall we had a great stay! We will for sure be returning!

My friend and I had a great experience with this rental. The decor was great, everything was very clean and the location couldn’t be better. The beach was a 5 min walk, Rosemary Beach was a 5 min walk and it was convenient to have everything from a small grocery store to bike rentals right at the property. We’d highly recommend!

Lovely Place
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location to the beach and convenient to stores and restaurants. They have an amazing crepe restaurant for breakfast downstairs. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The luggage cart by the elevator made it easy to unload and load our things. We definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet and convenient location in Rosemary.

Beautiful but not functional
Beautifully decorated unit but just not enough storage. A small chest of drawers to allow visitors to unpack would help with organization The single closet houses the beach gear - perhaps make the entry a mudroom to free up space & add hooks for wet swimwear and towels. Just needs a place to “hide” your belongings. Otherwise it’s lovely space
