Home Truths: - This home is 3 separate units located in the same building, each with its own kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms. - Please note that this home does not have AC - This home has a wall heater. ​​​​​​​- This home does not have a washer & dryer. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from your residence is prohibited. This home has a noise ordinance time between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning even a normal conversation must be moved to inside the home during these hours. - Please note the unit is surrounded by other units in a shared building and we would appreciate being mindful to the volume of the activities that may occur. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. Parking Details: Four parking spaces. Parking spots are ideal for compact cars. SUVs may have a lot of difficulty getting in and out; while larger vehicles will not fit at all and are at risk of fines & towing if past a certain point in the alleyway. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones! --- The room configuration is as follows: Bay View IV Primary Bedroom / King bed Bedroom 2 / Two twin beds Bay View V Primary Bedroom / King bed Bedroom 2 / Two twin beds Bay View VI Primary Bedroom / King bed Bedroom 2 / King bed Bedroom 3 / Two queen beds Bedroom 4 / Two queen beds --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

We recently had the privilege of booking a home in San Diego through AvantStay for a special get-together weekend with my wife, daughter, sisters, best friend, and all our little ones. From the beginning, we had high expectations for our stay, but little did we know that AvantStay would exceed them in every way possible. Upon landing in San Diego, we received a call from the AvantStay team informing us about an unforeseen issue with the hot water in the property we had initially booked. While such news could easily have set a negative tone for our trip, the proactive and efficient manner in which AvantStay addressed the situation left us genuinely impressed. They promptly presented us with alternative options, and to our delight, these alternatives were even more luxurious and better situated than our original choice! Without any additional costs or cumbersome paperwork on our part, AvantStay seamlessly switched us to our new accommodation. The property we ended up staying at was right on the water in Mission Beach – a dream location. Every morning we were greeted with the soothing sound of waves and breathtaking views. The home itself was spacious, beautifully furnished, and perfect for our large group. The genuine care and dedication of the AvantStay team to ensure our comfort and happiness was truly commendable. It's rare to find companies these days that go above and beyond for their customers in the way AvantStay did for us.

Clean and spacious home, we used all 3 units and plenty of space. No problems whatsoever! Would recommend if you want to be on the beach and stay with a big group.

The property was amazing. Right on the water and walking distance to everything from coffee shops to nightlife. The house was super clean - would definitely stay here again.

Nice property and location. Parking a bit small. Property has no AC, would not consider in summer, especially since all neighbouring proeperties have AC and leaving a window open for air flow is MUCH to noisy.

Nice place. Access to upstairs unit from alley. Parking is good for three cars. Access to lower units from bayside walkway. Do efferent layout, but it worked. Great food in the area and wali g distance to Belmont park(amusement park). Clean and ordinary. Great location

Check-in was seamless, unit was very clean and well stocked with utensils, coffee, games, linens, etc. It was easy to contact hosts if needed, and had a great location right on the bay. Would stay here again.
