A 5-minute walk from the ski trails, this three-bedroom condo in the popular Winterplace development can be your vacation abode, where you'll be surrounded by the beauties of Okemo Mountain Resort. Shed your gear in the spacious entry hall and step inside to be greeted by a large kitchen with new cabinets and new stainless steel appliances. There's space to dine at both the breakfast bar and the dining room table, an inviting living room with a wood-burning fireplace, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms for your comfort. With seasonal community amenities that include an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, and tennis and basketball courts, Winterplace is a wonderful spot to find both relaxation and adventure. There are two chair lifts that come up from the base lodge area and let out by Winterplace, while the trail leading back down to the base lodge from Winterplace is rated for beginners, making this a fantastic location for skiers of all skill levels. THINGS TO KNOW This condo does not have air conditioning. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Okemo Paradise
Eagle’s Nest was a perfect place for skiers & non- skiers! Fit our family from age 2 to 70!The house was well appointed for the ski equipment with plenty of room for coats & boots. Eagle’s Nest was well equipped with dishes, utensils, crock pot, as well as dish detergents, laundry soap& paper products. Linens & towels were top of the line! We had a heavy snowstorm but our steps were cleared as well as the roads. Definitely an all wheel drive is recommended! Wonderful time was had by all!

Could be cleaner
The condo is spacious for a family visiting Okemo, but we found aspects of the stay to be uncomfortable. First Vacasa has a cleanliness process that was not adhered to. When we arrived there was food and crumbs left on the counter, sink and floor of the kitchen area. This left us wondering what else was not cleaned. Second was the noise. The heating system needs the air bleed out of the pipes it was very loud and would wake you up at night. Additionally you can hear almost everything from the unit above. Third, there was hair form past guests in the bathroom. We ended up having to spot clean when we arrived. The unit itself was nice and a few extra touches would make it much more present.

Spacious and clean, easy on and off slopes
Very spacious condo, comfortable beds, nice loft for one or two kids with full bath. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Quick and easy to walk across parking lot to trail. Minor issue is that master bedroom closer to fireplace was much colder then the rest of the condo.

Ski-in Ski-out Condo
4-bedroom, 3 bathroom condo equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had a great time and the skiing at Okemo is fantastic.

Great Location
Great location... as advertised... one minor issue with circuit breaker tripping that would cut out the TV... that should be easily rectified... seem to be just too many things plugged into the one circuit breaker... place was very clean and TV very nice in living room... proximity to the top of A/B quads was excellent...

Great ski/in/out property
This spacious clean condo offered everything that was promised. Great location with the ability to ski in and beat the base lift traffic just a minute away. We encountered some difficulty figuring out the TV/cable/DVD situation but never got around to calling for help. Some simple directions would have been great but otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

This unit was really well equipped, well lit (skylights) and had plenty of room for three couples. Highly recommend the Slopeside for good service and the real test of a customer focus company, handling a problem really well. Snow was amazing and the skiing great. Go for it.

The condo was exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent for ski on/ off access, which is why I chose Winterplace. Plus, the pool is also convenient for the kids (although the pool can get cold). However, the condo itself needs to be updated, particularly the bathrooms and kitchen. We were there during the Presidents' day weekend, which was record cold. One of the bedrooms has a draft door, which has been addressed by placing a Velcro tarp over it. Because of the cold temps outside we were unable to use that bedroom for two nights because we could not keep it warm enough. We were also unable to use both showers at one time due to the lack of hot water. The stove can be an adventure to light, and the kitchen itself was reasonably stocked - not excellent. I would highly recommend Winterplace and Slopeside Okemo properties because they are clean and well kept. However, I would not recommend this particular unit unless it is updated.

This was a great condo- exactly as pictured. It was bright and clean and completely functional. Very roomy and comfortable and the gas fireplace was a big plus. We were 6 adults and 2 children under 5 and had plenty of space. I will definitely rent this condo again-hopefully when there is more snow...
