About this house rental
Nestled in North Las Vegas, this charming house for R 4,065 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This property is great for corporate housing 30days or more. If your dates very from the recommended length of stay please select the contact host button to send an inquiry to me. This home is near the freeway. Walking distance to shopping areas, restaurants, grocery stores and the community casino is about 5 minutes away and 20 mins (17.1 mi) from the house going to the stadium. From the entrance of the house you can see a 3 way fire place which also leads you to the backyard. The 3 way fire place can also be seen from the kitchen and the family room. There is a water fall which connects to the pool, the water fall is man-made which you can sit under the water and can swim in the pool. Also there is a spa. With a tropical backyard. There is a 3 car driveway parking plus there is RV parking availability. Also please be mindful that the garage is unavailable at this time. There are surveillance devices on the outside of the property, Doorbell camera, backyard at the pool camera , driveway camera , side of the house ( RV parking ) camera .

This home was more than I expected! From the decor to the distance to literally everything! We loved time in the jacuzzi and when we finally slept in the beds. There is so much love put in this home. The neighborhood is lovely. A few neighbors said hello. The house rules were easy to follow. I hope we can stay here again.

We loved our stay here. We always spend some time out of town for a little while whilst we get over the jetlag (it’s a problem when flying in from the UK) and this place is the best yet. Lovely neighbourhood and very close to loads of shops and food. Catching UBERs to get around is quick and easy. The interior is beautiful and very well equipped. The yard is special! It’s really lovely, quiet and relaxing. We have special memories of this place and would definitely stay again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful!!!! The pictures do not do it justice. It was safe, quiet, quaint, and just overall remarkable! Our host was amazing and attentive even sharing good places to eat and places to go to enjoy our experience away from the house! I would and look forward to coming and staying here again! Thank you!

Very nice home and neighborhood & worked out very well for us. We visited family that were close by and within 15 minutes of a lot of amenities & shopping. Enjoyed the pool with my grandkids.

Great location for attending the event we were in Vegas for. Would have liked access to the garage for vehicle parking. No coffee or basic items to have on hand, only 1 spare trash bag. Would stay here again in the future

Judith was an excellent host and her home was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It was spacious and very well kept. It was in a perfect location for what we needed; near plenty of restaurants and markets. I can’t say enough good things. I will definitely be back!!!

My family and a friend stayed over. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are considering staying over again in the summer.
Although I didn't make an effort to communicate with Judith, the times that I did, she was very kind and accommodating. She even reached out a couple of times to ensure we were enjoying ourselves, and I appreciated that.
The house was overall lovely and beautifully decorated for the holidays. One thing I will point out is that then kitchenware wasn't clean. The plates were dusty and some of the forks were sticky. Everything else was great and you are provided with almost everything.
We look forward to our stay in the summer!

Best VRBO we’ve stayed at. My wife, daughter and I travel for work and Judith’s place was perfect for us. Location was minutes from our job site and shopping. Nice, safe neighborhood. Extremely nice house. Pool was awesome. We saw other reviews about the pool and / or house being dirty- not sure what these folks were talking about. Everything was immaculate upon our arrival. Hoping we have another job in the area so we can stay here again.

We came to Vegas to visit family and enjoyed having a beautiful place to come back to. The home is in a nice neighborhood that is safe and quiet. The pool was perfect, the house was very clean and extremely spacious. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved having a pool with privacy and being able to swim whenever we wanted.
The drive to the strip was a little far, but we managed quite well.
The house was roomy - my only complaint would be the carpet. It really needs to be replaced. It’s old and appears dingy.
This would not be a place for children because of all the breakables throughout the home, but my kids are older so this was not a problem.

Fun in the Sun
We came to Las Vegas to visit our children and grandchildren. We spent our time at our sons house or out on the town.
We just needed a place to sleep. The house was very comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable as well as the furniture in the family room. We didn't use the pool or have our grandchildren over (too many breakable items within reach for my comfort level). I would recommend staying here - Judith was easy to get a hold of for questions and a pleasure to work with.

We were in N Vegas to celebrate/host a baby shower at the couple's house in N Vegas and the kitchen at this property supplied all of the cooking equipment we needed to get food ready for the shower. I contacted the owner who said it was cleaned every Monday, but it did not look like it was cleaned every Monday. She said she would try to get the pool service to come out to clean it but the cleaning service never arrived during our stay. I looked at the most recent reviews of this house and it appears that the pool being dirty is a chronic issue. If you are looking at this house to stay in, it is great, but please do not count on using the pool. There is a hot tub on site, but does not work and it is covered with a board. The grill onsite did not work either, which is mostly likely because the propane tank was out of gas. Overall, it was a great house, but some of the amenities are misleading.
