The pictures are accurate, the space was AMAZING. A few hiccups shortly after check in, but quickly resolved by property management. If you decide to stay, definitely ask your host where's the best place to get ice cream, you won't regret it!

Ryan & Dan were fantastic hosts! Their response time was quick, and was extremely accommodating to our needs/request! Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful! The details of the operation of the house/ how to use….hot tub, movie theater, and all the light switches being labeled was much appreciated! The property is absolutely one of the best we have stayed in yet! Pictures on the internet do not do this property justice- definitely WOW factor! We visited with our big fun loving family and this house did not disappoint! The king size beds were great and in almost every room which is hard time find with other properties! The kitchen is spacious, well presented, and has everything you need! Our entire family highly recommends this property! We are already planning our next staycation at this little gem we were blessed to find! Again, Ryan & Dan were hands down the best hosts we have ever interacted with! If you are reading this review….. I suggest you book immediately!! 😁😁

This was a great short vacation I had mostly kids the house was beautiful and clean the best game room I’ve ever seen!!! Bedrooms ALL nice my host was the best I stayed in communication with my host for everything! I’ve told All my friends to try and get this home for a great getaway, and the neighborhood had a very nice water park. We all enjoyed it. I will put in again for this home ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

House was big enough for our 2 families, total of 10 people, and provided everything we needed during our stay. Communicating with Dan was a breeze, and he was quick to answer any questions/concerns. One negative to mention is the smell of wet dog which we discovered was the carpeting on the stairs. Not sure what's going on there, but we tried to air out. It was particularly noticeable when you walk in everytime you stepped outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the pool!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hero Academy. The property is clean, comfortable, and well-planned. There is something for every age, from the pool to the theater to the game room to the cozy sitting areas. There is so much to do you will not want to leave. I highly recommend this luxurious vacation rental. I also need to mention the communication with the property and owners was exceptional!

This home truly has a great deal to offer for the price. We had a very large family Thanksgiving holiday and we could not have been happier. Dan and Ryan were always responsive to any inquiries and top notch hosts. Many family members lived in the hot tub and pool and the outdoor seating made taking advantage of the outdoors for gathering and dining, ideal. The evenings were spent in the incredible Theater Room taking in movies and watching football on Thanksgiving day. The Kitchen is well equipped, making Thanksgiving dinner for 16 a breeze. We had planned on some outings and playing some golf, but the home kept us in place. You will not be sorry with selecting this home for a family vacation.

Had a wonderful time at the home. Check in was a breeze and communication with the Dan was super easy before and during the trip. It was great to have en-suite for all of the bedrooms (except for the super hero room and one of the king bedrooms upstairs…we just had them share).
Access to the clubhouse was a breeze (although we just went there to enjoy the pool and lazy river).
Would recommend to families.

Dan & Ryan were saviors for our family trip. At the last minute our previous reservation canceled the day before our check in date due to some unexpected issues with the house. We were already on our way to Florida when this happened. Dan & Ryan came through last minute for our family to have a place to stay for our family vacation.
The house is really nice. Everyone enjoyed the pool, game room, movie room and community amenities. We really did not want to leave. The house was supplied with everything we needed for our week long stay. Any questions I had, received a response always within 5 minutes.
Will definitely book with Dan & Ryan again in the future.
Thanks again Dan & Ryan for helping to make our family vacation a magical experience.

What a wonderful rental experience. The house is true to what you see in the pictures. The communication with the owners was 5 stars during the whole process. The house was very clean, rooms & beds great and very comfortable. The theater room and game room were loved by all of us! I would 100% recommend this property to others and would be happy to stay here again another time.

Amazing Vacation
We had a fantastic stay! This property is awesome & we highly recommend it. Although we had a few minor glitches once we arrived, the owner was very quick to remedy the situation. The owner was fantastic & it shows that they really care about the property & want to ensure that guests have the best experience. I can’t say enough good things about this property. Everything was fantastic!

Great for Family
Dan and Ryan are excellent hosts. The communication couldn't have been better. The house overall was very nice. We loved the king size beds and pool. The neighbors are VERY close. If you happen to get noisy neighbors (as we did) you may have some sleepless nights. They do have neighborhood security to help remedy any issues. The kitchen could use a refresh of supplies - silverware and some kitchen basics would be nice. Dan already noted this and will likely have it covered for the next guests.

Great House!
The house was Great! Fit our family perfectly. The older kids loved the game room. The couches in the theater were very comfy for watching a movie. Everything was clean.
It very easy to communicate any issues and they were taken care of immediately.

The overall stay was fantastic. I must say I was very impressed with the layout and be flow of how the house was set up. Very peaceful community. Everyone was friendly from entering the gate and just being in the neighborhood itself. Inside of the house all of the amenities per pictures were there except for the garage gaming room which was missing some items which was explained to us why but overall everything worked and that made the difference. A few concerns that would say need a little adjustment but nothing that would keep us from definitely returning to this property… just suggestions!!!
The theater room was beautiful along with all of the awesome art work on walls throughout the home!!!

Hero academy stay
Once I got to the place we are all amazed. The game room is absolutely fabulous and there was enough space for the 13 of us. It was very clean and the host was very attentive to our every need. We had a issue with getting the hot tub working; however, it was quickly resolved. Great distance from Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The hosts are definitely great and very accommodating . I would definitely stay there again.
