Situated in Beachwood Bluffton, this charming house for R 14,350 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Welcome to The Beach House! This newly updated home is located just a block from Lake Michigan and all it has to offer. It provides a private and spacious setting for family and friends to bond and make memories that will last forever. Fall in love with the white-sand beaches of Pere Marquette Park, amazing sunsets over Lake Michigan, and all the beach-side fun – playing in the water, building sandcastles, flying kites, and chasing the waves. There are public restrooms, concessions, and a large play structure for the little ones right on the beach. Guests of all ages will cherish the opportunity to relax by the water; take a kite-boarding lesson or fishing charter; rent water toys. paddle boards and so much more! We are also located just a block from the Muskegon Lake Channel into Lake Michigan. Our guests can walk on over and enjoy a continuous water parade of sail boats, yachts, ski boats, freighters, cruise ships, the cross-lake ferry, and the Muskegon AquaStar day-cruise ship. For history buffs, the SilverSides WWII submarine is docked on the channel, and guided tours are available to the public. The long channel wall to the lighthouse is also open for the public to walk and enjoy. Looking for food and fun? The Beach House is a 5-minute walk from The Deck, Muskegon’s favorite restaurant and “fun place to be.” The Deck is located right on the beach and has a fantastic menu and beach bar, with live music almost every night of the week (www.thedeckmkg.com.) A short walk in the other direction is Dockers, another great restaurant that is located in the Harbour Towne Marina, just off Muskegon Lake. It too has a variety of great food and drinks, in addition to live music on the weekends (www.dockersmuskegon.com.) For more fun, food, and adventures, jump on the free open-air trolley and venture downtown, the home of craft breweries and distilleries, a variety of restaurants, unique shops, and a large open-air farmers’ market. Heritage Landing, an amazing park located on Muskegon Lake, hosts a variety of festivals and concerts, all open to the public. Speaking of the house: The Beach House is a newly updated 2,250-square-foot home with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, in addition to a sun porch and loft with additional sleeping quarters. The home features spacious, sun-drenched gathering spaces with original hardwood floors and freshly painted walls. The large kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and subway tile backsplashes, with a center island and a separate eating area. For your convenience, there is also a washer & dryer in the kitchen area. Outdoors, enjoy both upper and lower decks and a large fenced-in yard, in addition to plenty of space for cornhole (boards provided) and other yard games. The upper deck provides a perfect place to view spectacular sunsets over Lake Michigan. We provide a gas grill and a fire pit in our front yard, a great place for gathering and sharing stories about the day's adventures. The sound of waves washing against the shore provide the perfect backdrop for gathering together at the end of your fun-filled days and nights.

Gorgeous and spotless. Everything you might need! Sleeps many comfortably! The locatiin os amazing to the beach and to The Deck restaurant which you can walk to and watch bands, eat amazing food. This is the ultimate beach house! Highly recommend.

We stay all over the Muskegon/Montague area, but this was our favorite - PERFECT LOCATION, spacious house, clean as a whistle, great bathrooms, great deck and patio with new everything everywhere. Loved it enough to tell you you had better not rent it - we want DIBS FOREVER!! You can't go wrong with this rental. Plenty of parking, no sand, access by walking on paved paths to beach, restaurants, lighthouses, Coast Guard station, bay, Silversides Museum and the channel for fishing and boat watching. Sunset and beach can be seen from the deck. Enjoy!

We had a blast here! We stayed for a girls/bachelorette weekend and it was in the perfect location! 5 minute walk to the beach and the deck restaurant. The house was very clean and welcoming. Judy was a great host! We loved the snacks too 😄 We can’t wait to come back for another trip one day! Highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage. We were here for a baseball tournament, and it was perfect size for two families (2 adults, 2 teens) plus we had an extra teen staying with us (there was a trundle bed in the loft). It is across the street from The Deck, and walking distance to the beaches and parks. Our baseball team rented a picnic shelter on the very last day, and some of them came over to make s'mores over the fire pits and get warm. Vivian was very responsive, and left nice touches to the beautifully decorated home. Definitely recommend if you are staying in the area!

This beach house is gorgeous. Check in process was outstanding. It is literally across the street from the beach. We loved the open floor plan too. Welcome gift was a nice touch too.

Check in and check out process was very easy. The house was updated top to bottom. A basket of snacks was left for us to have and they were very popular with our kids. Some areas could use a little dusting, otherwise it was very clean. Great location right across the street from the beach. While the yard isn’t large for kids to play in, there’s a large play structure a short walk from the house at the beach. The only thing we wish the house had was ceiling fans for better air circulation. Overall, a lovely house. We would definitely stay here if we were coming back for a summer beach trip.

Oh my goodness what a beautiful property! As we walked in beautiful music was playing :) The house was very clean and decorated so lovely. It has everything you need from beach towels to anything you need for cooking. Seriously a beautiful house with plenty of room to hang out together or have time to yourself. I had a few questions for the host and she got right back to me. We have been to Muskegon many many times ( my mom grew up there) We would love to rent this house for our next family girls only trip!

Very beautiful, well-kept home. When we arrived, the home was extremely hot & turned the A/C up but it took almost 2 hours to make the home livable. Upon arrival, reached out to VRBO contact for help but never received a response.

This house was fabulous. It must have been recently renovated as every living space was beautifully designed and decorated. Very clean. We had 6 adults and 4 kids that were easily accommodated in the 5 different sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well stocked with all equipment needed for our stay. We were just across a sand hill from Lake Michigan’s beautiful beach. Also across the street was a great bar and grill with live music and a play structure for the kids. At night we enjoyed are own gas powered fire pi and corn hole game. There was also a gas grill- however we didn’t use it. I highly recommend staying here. All 10 of us truly enjoyed our stay . The owner was very responsive to questions we had.

This location was better than the listing leads on, it was perfect for accessing the beach and the restaurant The Deck. The house was perfect and had a great set up and had all necessary kitchen supplies for us to cook a great dinner. It was clean, beautiful and all communication was clear and speedy!

Absolutely incredible stay here. The updates throughout the house are incredibly done and breathtaking! Both decks are perfect for entertaining and stargazing! 5 min walk to multiple beaches and piers. The restaurant The deck is also only a 5 min walk which has incredible views and food! I cannot wait to come back to this place! Very great communication with the host!
