The property was clean and nicely laid out. Unfortunately there was construction and renovation of the pool immediately outside and below the property which was SO LOUD during the day and created so much dust and particles from cutting the new stone for the pool area that we couldn't use the patio while the work was being done. It would have been nice to know that was going to be happening. The location was convenient and the size of the space worked for our group of 7. Beds were less comfortable than expected and pillows could stand to be updated. Overall a good experience despite these things mentioned. View was amazing from patio when we could go out there!

The view alone is worth renting this unit. You wake to a sunrise that bathes the entire condo ina warm glow. The unit is beautifully decorated and is warm and comfy. Pls bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. Also bring condiments. Unlike other VRBOs, there is no left over stash of condiments. Not to worry Harris Teeter is around the corner. Would highly recommend this unit. It is secluded with a direct view of the ocean and yet, you are minutes away from anything you need.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The rooms were nice size, the unit well stocked and the view from the balcony spectacular. We would definitely stay there again.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! It was clean, beautifully updated with recent renovations, well stocked, great location, and wonderful beach. Beds were very comfy too. It was an awesome week with no issues regarding the rental. Fernandina Beach is a quaint town with lots to do. We will be back!

Extremely well appointed luxury 5th floor, 3 bedroom beach front property! Gorgeous views of the ocean and spacious outdoor deck to relax. Beautiful kitchen and 2 eat-in tables, dual coffee pot, and all you need to cook a gourmet meal. Immaculately kept with very comfortable beds and full baths, well organized. Great TV's to meet all your entertainment and sporting needs. We actually streamed a MLS soccer game into the condo! Would absolutely spend weeks at this 5 star plus property!

Lovely 5th floor unit, so wonderful views across the sand dunes to the beach and ocean. On the dunes there is attractive natural vegetation and gopher tortoises to watch. The beach sand is white and soft in the upper beach areas and more gray closer to the water line. The unit well-enough equipped with basic cooking and dining items. The multi-mode coffee maker was nice to use. We did notice a couple of the area small rugs had sand in them. Overall, a Great Stay.

Everything about this property was fantastic. The owners have thought of everything! I promise you. Just show up and you’ll have everything you need for your stay and location is incredible. Everywhere is less than 5 miles away. Can’t wait to book it again!

The condo is absolutely beautiful, clean and accommodating! The surrounding grounds were well-kept and everyone we met was incredibly friendly. Would highly recommend visiting Amelia Island staying at 60 Ocean Place!

5 star in every category - professional booking process, cleanliness, comfort and breathtaking view. We had everything we needed and more which made our stay spectacular. The balcony was our favorite spot to enjoy the sunrise, morning coffee and happy hour. Fernandina Beach is one of the cleanest beaches we have visited and we can't wait to come back to Amelia Island!

Beautiful well furnished apartment with amazing view

This unit has been completely remodeled/updated and is absolutley stunning! As soon as you walk inside this unit, you are greeted with calm and cool beachy colors and decor. The kitchen has been completely updated with beautiful granite counter tops and new kitchen cabinets. The bathrooms have been updated with new cabinets/sinks, tile and shower doors! The master bathroom has been completely remodeled with a huge walk in shower and double vanity and mirrors. This unit is our favorite one so far! The view of the ocean/beach is perfect from the large balcony going out from the living area.

Amazing place! Don't pack the kitchen sink they have everything there! Beautiful view, beautiful place! Thank you so much for making our Girls trip everything we expected and more!

If it were possible to give Ocean Place 60 Searenity TEN STARS, I would! This place is AMAZING!! I just got home from staying there over a long weekend and I was so sad to leave! RENT THIS CONDO! You will NOT be disappointed! Not only is the view superb, but the condo is fully loaded! It has everything you need. A king bed, 2 queen beds, a twin bed, and 3 full bathrooms. We stayed here for a birthday celebration weekend with 6 ladies and it was perfect. The kitchen is so nicely stocked. Plenty of dishes, glasses, storage containers (a huge plus!), knives, coffee pot/Keurig, toaster, and more. PLUS, the kitchen has been newly remodeled with beautiful quartz counter tops, new tall cabinets, and brand new top of the line stainless appliances! WOW! The decor is amazing, too. The owner has put so many beautiful touches into this condo, from the wall decor to the bedding to the furniture to the bathrooms, you won't want to leave. You will feel so relaxed and refreshed while staying here. And quite frankly, we felt LUCKY to be staying in such a beautiful place. Another bonus, they had enough toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, sponges, dishwasher pods, and more! We brought all of those things ourselves, but didn't have to use our own. That was a nice perk and something you don't often find in rentals. The porch and view are amazing, too! The porch furniture is a really nice quality! Nothing about this place was done cheaply...it's all top of the line! We ate most of our meals on the porch! We even slept with our porch doors opened so we could listen to the Atlantic ocean all night long! The only things I would recommend...and this is only because we cooked meals while we were there, is just to have some nonstick sauté pans, additional cutting boards, a dish drying rack and some extra kitchen towels. That's it! This place is honestly so LOADED with extras! The next time we are in Amelia Island, we will HANDS DOWN return to Ocean Place 60 Searenity! I miss it already!!

Wonderful experience. Condo was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breath taking views…. only issue was that weather was a bit cool but we can’t control mother nature. One day we brought our bikes on the ferry to Cumberland Island. Highly recommend that day trip or for the real outdoors men even camp for a night or two.
