Welcome to S. Venice, Florida, also known as the shark tooth capitol of the world. Come, relax, unwind and enjoy life in paradise. This beautiful, newly updated home is located 1.4 miles from Shamrock Park & Nature Center. This wonderful park offers biking, walking trails, a playground and basketball courts. We provide 4 bikes for your enjoyment. Our home features 1,725 sq ft of indoor living space, an open floor plan, plenty of sitting areas inside and outside, that are great for entertaining, relaxing and spending time together. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 King beds and 1 Queen bed and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 Smart TV's, 1 in the living room and 1 in the family room. The family room has a sleeper sofa, which converts to a Full size bed. The game room includes an air hockey table, magnetic dart board and jumbo Jenga blocks. There are also, some board and card games in the hallway closet. The 55inch Roku TV in the living room is equipped with extras like Netflix and Hulu and the 43-inch smart TV in the family room (Netflix), log in to your accounts to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. The outdoor space has an above ground pool and a large deck. There is a gas grill for your use, 2 pool loungers, a dining table, seven chairs, and a hammock. The enclosed lanai has a wicker couch and two chairs perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms and has its own spacious bathroom and walk in closet. The King size bed has a brand-new comfy mattress. The other 2 bedrooms (K & Q) are on the opposite side of the house and share the 2nd bathroom with a tub/shower combo. We provide quality toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner & lotion). A Pack & Play and a highchair are available upon request. The kitchen is fully stacked with good quality dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, pots & pans, utensils, tapware, bakeware, baking sheets, a Nutribullet and more. Enjoy coffee your way (coffee pot, a Keurig, a French Press & a milk frother. We provide all beach gear including: 6 beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, cooler bag, beach bags, a sand sifter and beach toys.

This is the best property we have ever rented from VRBO and the other guys. the house was clean, extremely well equipped and updated very nicely. the back yard was unexpected with the pool and hammock and sitting area. The communication with the host was outstanding. They really did think of almost everything. the only comment we had was we could not figure out the coffee pod maching. we put the pods in, pushed the on butted; some lights blinked and then nothing. perhaps leaving directions would be helpful...or check it out to be sure it's working. but there was another coffee maker and thank you for having an electic kettle; as a tea drinker only, that was wonderful for me to have! along with the stash of coffee, teas, sweeteners, etc. it was just a fabulous stay.

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful beach home. It was clean, smelled lovely, and nicely stocked with all the essentials. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Located in a quiet neighborhood only a few minutes from the beach, we will definitely be looking to stay at this property again. Thank you!

Our family had a another great stay at this home in Venice. Super clean, comfy beds, fully stocked with everything we needed. Having beach chairs, an umbrella and a little cooler to use for going to the beach was so nice! The back pool area was a great place for the family to hang out. Communication was excellent. Will be back as this is our go to property to stay at when visiting family in Venice.

Somewhat difficult review to write as it was not a perfect fit for us, not because of the property, but because of the activities we choose to enjoy. Host was clear and accurate with arrival information. The house was very well stocked and very clean. It had all been updated in very good taste. Beds great, bathrooms clean and well stocked. Lots of things we did not need, like bikes, above ground pool, air hockey, covered lanai. WiFi was easily accessed and fast. We were not able to access local TV, but there were lots and lots of streaming channels and streaming live sites available. Kitchen was well equiped, and hosts provided snacks, bottled water and a bottle of wine, which we did not use. The longer we stayed, the better we liked the property. The location was close to the things we came to do, golf and dining. Really enjoyed the Venice pier. The only negative was the older neighborhood. But the neighbors were quiet and did not seem to mind us as visitors. It would be a great choice for a small family with active kids. All in all, I have to give it five stars.

I could not have been happier with our stay. WHEN we go back, I know all I need is clothes and food. Everything else you need is already there. The host checked in to make sure we did not need anything, she even got my daughter a birthday ballon- it was the reason we went. The kids loved the pool and the hockey table. The beach is about a 10 minute drive away. There is so much you can do. I can’t wait to go again.

Dorcia and Mac are wonderful hosts and have perfected the VRBO game! They went above and beyond to ensure a great vacation! They have everything labeled and super easy to find, were very quick on communication, had a very clean home, and even provided good quality essentials (toilet paper, paper towel, pots and pans, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap, etc) I will absolutely recommend this to others and be back in the future!!

I can’t say enough about how much my family loved this house. Venice is the perfect place - but this house made everything even more perfect for a vacation. It was like a private hotel- and no detail was overlooked. Communication with the owner was always immediate and accommodating. I can’t wait to come back- it was the happiest 4 days I’ve lived in a long time- thank you!

The house was great. Very clean, everything labeled, info on nearby attractions, great amenities like pool and games. The host was very communicative and promptly responded to any messages I sent. They did a great job removing stress of checkout by taking care of majority. . Easiest and most memorable properties I've stayed at. Great house and hosts!

What a great place to stay! Beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, lovely pool and patio area! Plenty of towels/beach towels, bicycles, beach chairs and so much more! The owner was great and I would rent this lovely home again and again!

Better then you could hope for
This property is everything you could hope for in a home away from home. The owners truly thought of everything and my kids were thrilled to be greeted by treats when we arrived. The bedrooms were perfect and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms have everything you could need and more with plenty of extras provided. The kitchen went above expectations and we didn’t have to purchase much to be able to enjoy meals at home during our stay. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool was so relaxing. We had plenty of room in the home to relax and enjoy a getaway as a family. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and we hope to visit again soon!

We had a great weekend celebrating my husband’s birthday! Dorota checked in to make everything was good and we didn’t have any issues checking in. This house has everything you could need from bikes to cooking supplies and so much more!!! We are planning a trip back in the fall for a longer stay!! She even left some treats for us to snack on over the weekend!!

Likely my favorite VRBO so far
I don't generally write reviews on sites like this but the owner here clearly went above and beyond. The place was great and exceeded our expectations in most areas. The above ground pool was fun for the kids and we enjoyed having the passes to the nearby private beach. The house was impressively stocked with just about everything you would need to get your vacation started, but it wasn't cluttered. It's a great set-up for a family with kids.

Wonderful Gem!
We really enjoyed our night in South Venice! Wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and the neighborhood! The house was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable! So many great details that were very much appreciated! 10/10! We will definitely plan to stay again next time we are in the neighborhood!
