We chose Kihei Holiday due to it's incredibly close location directly across the street from Sugar Beach. The unit was finished being completely remodeled from top to bottom in September, 2021. Stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, quartz countertops, beach gear, and a 65" TV are some of the amenities you will enjoy during your stay. This unit is steps to the beach, and has a pool and hot tub for your enjoyment. We love having meals on the covered lanai. This property was excellent! Had a great time in these accommodations. Staying here was close to being at home. Thanks for enhancing our families superb vacation.

We stayed here for three days with our family! The place was absolutely perfect for us! The location cannot be beat, and the property was well stocked and updated and exactly as listed. We would love to stay here again!

We wanted to love this place BUT we saw cockroaches multiple times a day in the bathroom and in the kid’s bedroom. We notified the property manager and asked if we could get a refund or if they could move us to a different property for our remaining days so that we could stay somewhere that doesn’t have cockroaches and they refused to help other than come and spray chemicals but we have an infant that crawls on the floor and didn’t feel comfortable with that. The property manager was not helpful in this situation and even said “ the people that just stayed in this unit didn’t mention anything about this” as if we were lying! We took pictures and sent them to VRBO and they tried to get our money back from the owner for the remaining days and they were unsuccessful in doing so. The owner just said we will come spray we don’t give refunds. Also, the beds didn’t have fitted sheets and most pillows didn’t have protective pillow covers on them and had stains which grossed me out. I would never stay here again or rent anything from Vaca Maui again.

Very clean and uodated
The unit is very well layed out and tastefully decorated. Had all the nessessary utensils and beach nessessaties . All rooms had fans for a quiet breeze over the AC units.
