rv resort for R 2,026 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Enjoy your vacation in this brand new recreational vehicle with great taste in interior design. This unit has an extended air-conditioned porch with a full kitchen and living room This amazing unit accommodates a total of 6 guests with 2 bedrooms with queen sized memory foam mattress in each bedroom. Lot 170 is one of the largest lots in Key Largo Kampground and is located very close to the pool Guest Access: Key Largo Kampground & Marina is located 50 miles South of Miami on a quiet 40 acre tropical setting. It is a quarter mile off U.S. 1, one mile South of the entrance to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Our location in Key Largo is the perfect getaway for exploring all the Keys have to offer. John Pennekamp Park offers glass-bottom boats, snorkels, sailing, scuba tours, kayak and paddle-board, rentals and family water fun. Campground Amenities: -24 hr security gate -Marina -Boat ramp -Ice -Playground -Laundry facilities -2 beaches -Heated swimming pools -Volleyball court -Horseshoe court -Shuffleboard court -General store -Open air lounge Other things to note: - Only registered guests will be allowed in the campground. There is maximum capacity of 4 guests per unit. -Once you book, we will send you a registration form (10 days prior to arrival) which must be completed as soon as possible in order to provide you with a smooth check-in on arrival. - Check-in time is between 4PM and 10:00PM, unless an earlier check-in has been coordinated with us in advance. There's no check-in available after 10:00PM. -Check-out time is 11:00am - Only 2 vehicles, including boat trailers, are allowed to park in each lot. - All boats entering the grounds must have a length of 25' max and a width of 8.5' max. ● If you’re bringing a boat/trailer, it must fit on your rented lot; if not, boat slips are $39.99+tax/per day and trailer parking for $39.99+tax/per day. Boat slip and trailer parking are available on a first come, first served basis. One-time Boat Launching impact fee is $25.00+tax. Boats are limited to 25 feet maximum ► Boat registration (max 1 per reservation. No boats over 25’) ► Trailer registration ► Liability insurance (declaration page with coverage of injury and damages). - No smoking allowed inside the units. - Guests are not allowed to bring jet skis or wave runner inside the campground. - The campground enforces a 10PM Quiet Time Hours Rule. Pets are allowed with the following restrictions: ● Two (2) pets maximum per site, with a size limit of 100 pounds each. No aggressive breeds allowed, including pit bull mixes (see full list below). Pets must be leashed when off your site. Please do not leave dogs unattended in the RV as it leads to excessive barking. List of Aggressive breeds not allowed: Pitbull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Great Dane, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Cane Corso, Bull Mastiff and Wolf Hybrid.

Accommodations were as described, Very Nice! Campground was clean & quiet with lots to do. Close to everything in Key Largo. We rode bike everywhere, store, Pennekamp, restaurants, etc. Communications with Ramses were great! Thanks again.

This was our first stay at a campground in this type of property. Even though it was a bit different for us, the overall experience was enjoyable. The unit was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, but a bit difficult to get into.
In the end, we would recommend this property, as long as you understand what you are getting into.

This was just as the pictures showed and the host was very kind to put up with our late check in because of our rental car issues. I would come back if I were to come back down. Very nice can not say enough nice things.

Great place to stay if you are looking to enjoy John Pennekamp and the Keys. Ramses is a thoughtful host, offering a very well appointed kitchen and comfortable place to stay.

Amazing experience in Key Largo Florida thanks to Ramses. He made sure my family stay was perfect from the start to the finish. Lot 170 was beautiful and well-kept and the service was great! Communication was very clear and made things super easy. The pool, the amenities and the beaches close by, were outstanding! The RV was cared for clean and well prepared for our staying the whole duration. Acessing areas such as Wi-Fi, propane usage, TV, and much more around the house was laid out very professionally and comfortably.
Ramses was also very helpful on local attractions that we could enjoy while staying on property. I highly recommend using Ramses and his property. Thank you, Ramses!

Very nice place. Stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. It was very clean and well maintained. Lots of towels and all the kitchen essentials were included. Checking in and out was a breeze thanks to very clear instructions. Owner was always responsive whenever needed. Would definitely come back.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The only issue that we had was that one of the bedrooms had a second door that was locked. This made the only exit from the room was going through the bathroom. If another person were using the facilities, the person in the bedroom was stuck.
The owner of the unit was very kind and very responsive. We asked if a late checkout was possible. Since there was not another check in, he granted us a late checkout without a problem. The workers at the campground were friendly, kind and very helpful.
We had a great time in Key Largo and will return again. Thank you Ramses.

Bring yourselves, your clothes and some groceries and you're good for as long as you'd like to stay.

So Pros and Cons:
Pro: The property was very clean. It was roomy and would be good for younger folks even with kids.
Con: The photos provided in the ad made me think this was on the lagoon. It is not, you are in the park, but cannot see the water from this property. My wife and I are older and not as mobile as some, so trying to get into the elevated bed was and adventure. If you have any mobility issues, this is not your place.
It was overall a nice place that many would enjoy, but not for me.

Quiet, clean, private, cozy spot in a wonderful, friendly campground! Pool, small beach, trees, playground…everything you need and more! Close to Publix and great restaurants. My highest praise is for the owner who is by far the best communicator and kindest host I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Any issues were addressed quickly. Highly recommend!

We are a group consisting of two sisters and their husbands. We were looking for quiet seclusion in the tropical backdrop of Key Largo and this campground did not disappoint. The amenities were great, including a clean and refreshing pool. Most importantly, the facility has maintained a successful coexistence with the surrounding natural habitat.

The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Clean, nicely decorated, and any appliances or accessories available. Grounds well kept and property centrally located to many restaurants, shops and beaches. Owner responded promptly to any questions we had about the property and area. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our six days in this unique camper with added space! The owner was very attentive to any needs or questions we had. Because the bathroom is right next to one of the bedrooms, I highly suggest you take a sound machine; the sound of the flushing in the middle of the night won’t wake you! The unit was very clean and so great to find shower and sink soaps provided, as well as TP and paper towels. The camper is in a more spacious part of the campground, not in the typical row. We would definitely consider renting this unit again.

My near 2 wk stay started with a cooperative owner permitting me to store my luggage & groceries earlier than scheduled. My groceries would have spoiled in the 95+ degree heat of my vehicle.
Any items I asked the owner to address, were taken care of within 24 hours.
The addition or “suite/family room/kitchen” was a welcome addition & well used. The entertainment offerings in the “suite” were much appreciated & welcome when downtime was available. I would gladly recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in Key Largo or the upper Keys.

Comfortable and cozy
The place was exactly as described, pretty well equipped with 2 fully separated bedrooms. The location had a pool and more to do‘s. It has a small marina where manatees came. This was so great. At the beginning we had an issue with the place but the host took care it right away and even came around personally to do so. So, superhost that really takes care.

Roomy, Clean and convienent location
This is our first experience staying in an RV with room attached. It was perfect for us, it was a quiet area, secure and a great location to walk to Hobo's and Publix. We were concerned about the Fla Keys summer heat and if the RV would be cool enough. It was cool and insulated well.
Suggestion: A TV in the bedroom would be a nice addition.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the bed mattresses were so high we had to go out and buy a step stool for me to get in the bed (I'm only 5'3" tall) but other than that we would rent this unit again.

Glamours camping in Key Largo
The property was perfect my wife and daughter, looking for a place to stay in Key Largo to do some diving. The kitchen and living room built next to the camper are truly an addition that made the stay very relaxing and very accommodating. Beautiful new unit with ample space and a nice lower level TV/kitchen area. Key Largo Kampground had a nice pool, playground area, basketball court, and beach for fishing. Great for bikes. Check in was easy. Unit was very clean and well-stocked with dishes and pans. Full size fridge. Nice outdoors area with picnic table and chairs and great view of the stars. AC worked great. Owner very responsive. Would recommend it highly!
