Nestled in Indian Lake, this lovely house for R 8,210 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Be our guest at the sister house of Phoebe’s lakefront home. This wonderful place was recently, fully renovated by a prominent Columbus architect. No expense or detail was spared. Open first-floor layout with gorgeous views of open water. Enjoy our outside screened-in patio with a couch, table, and chairs. Outside enjoy a gas grill with propane overlooking the water. We try to maintain full propane but in the event it’s empty, there is a refill station at Lakeview Hardware. (10 minutes away) Send us the receipt for full reimbursement. You will not find a nicer home or a better view of the lake. Come see for yourself! You can also stay at Phoebes Lakefront house 8 minutes away and also lakefront! Rent a boat and hook up to our sea wall with dock cleats. Bumpers for your boat are required. https://www.spendaday.com -Limit three small cars or two larger cars at this property. If this rule is broken you can be asked to leave due to upsetting our neighbor's space. They will let us know. Ask about options for additional cars. -If boating, the no-wake zone is 100 yards from our seawall. Please respect this rule as if it's broken it affects all our neighbors and you can be asked to leave. They will let us know! We also have a shared dock with a sister property next door. Please be courteous with our neighbors:) -Our neighbor’s peace is of utmost importance to us and this will be appreciated by them and us. Please be respectful and treat them like you would your own neighbors.

We had a phenomenal time at the lake in January. The lake froze over and we enjoyed the serenity of sipping coffee and watching the geese work across the frozen lake. The house was beautiful inside and out. The master bed and bath are BEAUTIFUL and the downstairs created the perfect hangout spot for our group. The host was a great communicator and incredibly nice. We would 10/10 recommend this property any time of the year, but really enjoyed the peacefulness of the lake during the winter season.

Quality everywhere! From appliances to furniture also The layout is great! Views of lake are suburb. spacious enough to be comfortable together or have a couple gathering spots. Nice space for fire pit gathering as well! We loved spending the holiday !

This rental has great high end finishes. Enjoyed the rain shower! The screened in porch is wonderful for morning coffee or an evening of games and drinks. Large fully-stocked kitchen is great for family cooking together without running over each other. Owner quickly answered requests. We would definitely stay again.

The house was located right on India Lake with a screen porch facing the water. Sunsets were beautiful and we enjoyed the boats, ducks and geese on the water. The beds were comfortable, with two bedrooms downstairs and a bedroom and loft sleeping area upstairs. The owner was easily accessible by message or phone. We had a great visit!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was nice inside and out. Really enjoyed looking at at the lake with my morning coffee. We will definitely consider coming back again. We met the hosts and they are a great family and responsive to any needs.

It may have been so cold the lake was partially frozen and we weren't able to enjoy the screened-in porch, but the views were amazing and the gas fireplace made us feel warm and cozy. High-end appliances, a coffee bar, barn doors, a huge master suite, and so many other amenities made our decision for a last-minute trip an easy YES! Phil made sure we made it safely and our needs were met during our stay. We hope to be back again soon!

We loved our stay at this cozy and well equipped VRBO at Indian Lake, Ohio. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions, and we even had holiday decorations greet us for our stay. This property is modern, very clean and comfortable. We will definitely hope to rent again in the future.

I wanted a nice, relaxing place on the lake with nice views to celebrate my 50th birthday and this house exceeded my expectations. The house is absolutely beautiful and cozy. We loved the well appointed kitchen and the sunroom overlooking the lake. Being a cool October weekend we even took advantage of the firepit. Really a great stay overall and I would definitely book again.

Prior to booking I reached out to phill in regards to only being able to stay two nights and not three, phill was incredibly quick to respond and help assist me. This was a girls trip with some close work friends. As soon as I walked through the front door of the cottage I knew it was going to be fabulous. The cottage was beyond clean and was literally spotless. Phill has the cottage decorated so perfect! The view of the lake was amazing and the screened in porch was wonderful even with the cold and wind. The fireplace did not work when we got there and again Phill quickly responded and had someone there to help fix it incredibly quick. The beds and linen were very comfortable as well. We will be back again for sure! Thanks again Phill for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful property with beautiful lake views! The house was very nice. A little disappointed the fireplace didn't work. The only reason I put a 4 for location was because of the parking. 3 or less cars..no problem! Oh and some half curtains would be nice. Too easy to look in. Overall..I could definitely live there!! PS, excellent communication with the property owner

We were coming from Chicago and Cleveland; this was a great location. Place was just like the pictures. It had enough room to comfortably sleep 6 adults. Love the screened in porch and the views are awesome. Communication was easy. Would stay here again on a heartbeat!

This is by far the best property we've stayed at. The cottage was immaculate. The views of the lake from the porch and bedroom was breathtaking. If you travel with a dog, as we do, this is the most pet friendly accommodation we have stayed at. The property owner is very responsive and makes sure that your stay is first class. We would like to make this a regular getaway destination.

Cottage has been beautifully remodeled. VRBO description says is has 4 bedrooms. It actually has three bedrooms and a loft area. There were no wash clothes to be found. Hostess resolved this the next day, which was very nice. We had a wonderful time! Great view.

This is such a beautiful home with the most beautiful sunset views!! We came with our children and dogs for a few days of relaxation and it was perfect. The porch off the back is a great place to gather alone or with a group. The entire house is upgraded with high end finishes and the whole space is very dog friendly! We highly recommend this home for a quiet family getaway!

We had a great long weekend at this property with four adults and three kids. The house is beautiful and spacious and the screened in porch is perfect for mornings with coffee or watching sunsets. We loved the paddle boats and fishing off the dock. The owners were great at communicating and really helpful. We will definitely go back.

The house was beautiful & clean and the perfect size for our group of 8, plus 3 small dogs. The screened in back porch was definitely a favorite for enjoying the gorgeous lake views, without having to worry about mosquitos. The host offered helpful tips on places to visit and bait tips for catfish fishing (hot dogs rolled in kool-aid powder), which worked great! We will definitely book again!

The lake vacation was super relaxing. By far, the nicest rental we have stayed in. Everything is updated. The pictures are 100% accurate. The kitchen is nicely stocked. Phil was super informational and easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. The screened in porch was awesome. The boys enjoyed paddleboarding. We brought along our dogs, which was super convenient. To access a swimming pool, we drove 30 minutes to Wapakoneta for $6. You can't beat the price. Was a great vacation. Thanks Phil for sharing your amazing home with us.

We do an annual girls lake weekend & this was our first time at the house & we hope to rent it again!! Everything was perfect & so easy to use! The screened in porch was worth renting the property alone. Only complaint would be the doors on the bedrooms downstairs are sliding barn doors and let's in noise & light in easily, would suggest people sleep upstairs if you go to bed early. Would highly recommend this house!
