There are multiple spaces for everyone to relax and put their feet up. The full kitchen is completely open in layout, featuring a prep island as well as full-size appliances (including a French door refrigerator) to help you put together tasty meals. Of course, you can always grill out on the deck and enjoy your meals by the gas fire table if you're in the mood for outdoor time. Helpful amenities like a private washer/dryer and partial air conditioning make this a pleasant place to rest during your vacation. Being located on an acre of land at the end of the street will ensure you have everything you need to escape to the Cape. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services available with guests' accounts. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach toys are available for guest use in the storage shed located outside along the garage wall. Age-appropriate games, books, and toys are available for younger guests. Parties are prohibited on the property. No smoking or fires on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: A Ring doorbell surveillance camera is installed at this home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The property was secluded and exceeded all expectations. A lot bigger with a lot of natural light, very spacious. Was very satisfied with my stay and so were the rest of the guests. Would stay here again.

This house is on a private way that is very quite and is extremely well laid out and very spacious inside. Having AC units and individual controls for each is such a plus. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out!

This was a last minute rental for us, we wish we had rented it for the entirety of our vacation. Very comfortable, very quiet, and had plenty of space for all of us to lounge and relax. Awesome outdoor space too. The only downside was Vacasa messed up the late check out for us, but that had nothing to do with the property itself. Was missing extra trash bags and dishwasher tabs, BUT those are all minor things and if we had been staying longer, we would've happily just picked some up. House was awesome! Perfect for 2 couples or a larger family. Looking forward to staying there again.

Breaker tripped and management company was non- responsive. Had no A/C for last two days of our 3 day stay. Ceiling fan in log didn’t work.
