The home was very comfortable and had modern updates, as well as a great view of the bay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and even had a nice assortment of spices. Plenty of space for both adults and children to relax and play. As with most homes where the main living area is on the floor above the bedroom, early risers had to be very quiet because the footsteps and general noise was very audible from the bedrooms. Otherwise, it's a lovely place to stay and the host was responsive and helpful.

We spent Christmas here and this house exceeded our expectations in every way! The place was very clean, spacious, and accommodated our group of 14 very well. The views of the Bay are beautiful. And the host was very easy to work with. We highly recommend staying here.

Our group of 10 family members stayed here this past week and we truly enjoyed it. The house had so much room and we never felt crowded at all. The view from the third floor kitchen and living room is outstanding. You can sit there all day and watch it and actually relax. We had nothing negative yo say except that the washing machine did not work and we found out a new one was on order. That forced us to have to go to the laundry mat a couple of times which was a little annoying, but in no way did that take away from giving this a five star review. We would definitely go back here.

My fiancé and I rented this house for our wedding weekend. This house is everything we imagined and more. Stunning views of the bay from the kitchen and master bedroom made for incredible before wedding photos. Communication and check in process was flawless. I definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

This home is stunning! The views are amazing, the location is very quiet, private and tranquil but not secluded. Not too far from grocery shopping.
The owner was super nice, very responsive and attentive. We stayed during tropical storm Ophelia and as a result woke one morning to the power going out. The owner reaponded quicky to my request for direction by calling me directly. She was very helpful and the power was back on in a short amount of time. This house had everything that was needed to enjoy our family time even during the storm! There are several levels so we were able to spread out comfortably. There are also several common areas for great family time, eating, playing games etc. The house is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices, board games, puzzles and even adult and children sized binoculars! The views from the 2 primary rooms are amazing. The multi level rooftop decks are certainly a unique plus. Check-in and out went very easy, no issues. We plan to return again next year!

The house was clean and spacious, easily accommodating our family of 14 (8 adults, 6 young kids). Our favorite room was the kitchen and family room - the open floor plan allowed the adults to relax in the kitchen/dining area while the kids played comfortably in the next room. The location was convenient, being only 20 minutes or less from multiple beaches. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again.

The house was plenty big for 9 adults. We all had our own space but could gather together for dinner at the large table. Very nice view inside the dining roon and the rooftop balcony provided nice views outside. The house sits in a very quiet neighborhood, while still being a half hour drive from everything on the Delaware shore and Ocean City (traffic depending)

This home was above and beyond our expectations, and those expectations were high based on the photos and description on its VRBO listing. When our family (all three generations of us) first entered the property, everyone was extremely impressed, especially our grandchildren who were ecstatic and couldn't wait to send photos of the house to their friends! We'd selected Bethany Beach for our family reunion and our home quickly became the favorite gathering place for our clan. There was plenty of space that included two massive decks on top, along with a closet full of beach gear...chairs and umbrellas, as well as plastic shovels and buckets for building sand castles. Your wonderful home certainly earned our highest recommendation!

The owners were great to work with, very quick to respond to any questions/inquiries. The house was perfect for our family, very clean, loved the layout, the design, furnishings, etc. The Amazon Alexa was a great touch and added fun for our family (playing song quiz :) ). My entire family (all females) were so happy with our Mothers Day Weekend Get-Away. We had such a great time and the place was perfect. Our only disappointment was not being able to use deck more due to rain. We are hoping to return to same location in a year and add extra days.

We had a great stay at this place. The house is beautiful and well equipped. The view from the upper bedroom and terrace is very nice. The terrace is awesome and great for evening gathering and grilling. Short drive to the beach and shopping. We are very grateful that the host let us do late checkout at 2pm which helped us a lot especially with you ger kids! Overall we are very pleased with the property.

We arrived at a beach house on the coldest day of the year and were pleasantly surprised the house all warmed up for us. The kitchen had the core cooking utensilsnand hearty appliances and the house had comfortable, sturdy furniture.

This was a great quiet location for our family Thanksgiving. The layout was perfect for a large group. The rooftop balcony is huge and was a great place to soak up some sun even when the temps where in the 50s. The kitchen/dining/living areas are close together, but separate enough where the kids could play without worry but the adults could carry on a conversation.

Spent a long weekend here with a group of 40+ moms and it was incredible. Property owners very responsive - the place very clean and well put together. We are looking to rent this place with our children and friends next summer!

Great property and owners. It felt like we could reach out to them at any time. The home was clean, comfortable and spacious. We normally stay in Rehoboth, but are glad we made the change. The floor with the living space and kitchen was perfect for family games and watching movies. The long table was great for family dinners. We loved the convenience of the outdoor shower, James Farm ecological park, and the rooftop deck with lagoon view were icing on the cake. FYI: a family with older family members might have trouble with all the stairs. All in all amazing! Thank you for wonderful and memorable stay!

The owner was very kind & communicative. The house was beautiful with lovely views from the windows & rooftop porch! I didn’t realize that we couldn’t swim from the dock, but it is truly a wonderful rental if you are willing to take the very short drive to the ocean. Very nice tourist spot & a lovely home! Just FYI if guests have trouble with mobility: the rental has multiple sets of stairs between levels.

This house has been beautifully done. Very clean and inviting. Minutes away from several beaches and activities. Many levels for our big family (8) made it easy for everyone to have their own space. The main area was also big enough for everyone to be able to enjoy all at once. Our kids loved having a table in the tv room to play the card games they brought. The house was very quiet the way it is set up even with our rowdie boys and their video games. Great place to stay!

Beautiful Home, Great Experience
It's a very beautiful home and our family enjoyed staying here! The first thing we noticed and appreciated was how clean it was. We especially loved the kitchen and dining area as it fit our large family. And the views from the roof are absolutely amazing, make sure to catch the sunrise and sunset! The communication was excellent from the start and they were very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place, thanks for letting us stay at your property!

The photos showed a hot tub but there was no hot tub this was huge dissappointment, we felt very mislead. The dock was under repair so we had no water access, we were not notified of this prior to our stay and no discount was provided. The upstairs furniture was blown in a corner, sticks and leaves and bird poop were all over it, I had to clean it to be able to use. We are from FL and Delaware law requiring the renters to provide their own linens and towels is really difficult. No toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags were provided either. Also the house has lots of rooms but sooo many stairs, really suprised there was no elevator.
