(new balcony railings, screens, and fresh paint) Our unit is on the 4th floor and no damage was sustained. The Beaches across the street are open and as beautiful as ever. The Laundry rooms on each floor are open. Our Property Management is making progress faster than anyone in the area and things have been improving rapidly. Currently, the first floor units and Lobby areas are being renovated, but it is a short walk from the elevator to the front door.
