Bedroom #1: Queen bed Bedroom #2: 2 Twin beds and a bunk bed *Full Bathroom with a brand-new washer and dryer *Year-Round Home (AC and Heat included) *Vaulted kitchen and living room ceilings with direct views of the lake *Electric fireplace in the living room provides a relaxing and warm atmosphere as the sun goes down! Additional Amenities: propane grill, outdoor gas firepit, 4 kayaks and 4 adult life jackets, paddle boat, Wi-Fi, television, all brand new appliances, linens provided, and all kitchen and cooking utensils provided. Enjoy The Nest for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, paddle boating, ice fishing, snowshoeing, and explore the many miles of snowmobile trails located right in our backyard! Large groups or parties are strictly prohibited. Maximum capacity throughout the entire duration of your stay is 6 guests. The owners are full time residents next door and will enforce capacity policies. A quick drive to Holiday Valley/Ellicottville (17 miles), Holi Mont (18 miles), Kissing Bridge (20 miles), Sprague Brook Park (18 miles), Allegany State Park (28 miles), Allegany Seneca Casino (29 miles), and Rock City Park (33 miles), the Nest is your ideal vacation destination! Our family of 5 stayed at "The Nest" for just one night for a planned ski trip to Holiday Valley. The ski resort was an easy 20min drive door to door. The accommodation was amazing. It was immaculately clean and had more room than I would have expected. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking wear and dishware. There were some small food items available if you forgot to bring something such as mini cereal boxes. The bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo, and plenty of clean towels and linens. It was cold so we didn't use the deck that had a fire pit and overlooked the lake. There were a few board games available to keep us entertained. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience. I would absolutely stay here again on our next trip!!

The Nest was such a quiet, cute home for my husband and I! We rented the home overnight for our anniversary and to wrap presents for our children, and it was immaculate. It was well stocked and in excellent condition. We cant wait to stay again in the future!

The Nest is the absolute perfect lakefront cottage on Lime Lake. The cottage came fully equipped with everything our family of four needed for our stay. The Nest is not only beautiful, but also extremely comfortable. We cannot wait to stay at The Nest again.

My husband and I spent a week at The Nest. The cottage is clean, comfortable, modern and has all the amenities that you could ever need. The view of the lake from both the deck and dock is gorgeous. We enjoyed using the paddle boat and taking walks down the road. The property manager made the entire process so easy. The owner made sure we had everything we needed and gave us excursion tips. Both ladies were a joy and we hope to return someday.

This property is the perfect spot! The lake is incredibly gorgeous and the views from the house are breathtakingly beautiful! There is a lovely dock with lots of outdoor furniture to enjoy the lake. The house itself was PERFECT! It was so clean and had everything we could ever need available to us. The owners were so sweet greeting us on arrival and making sure we knew how to access help if we needed it. (They even wished our daughter good luck on her dance competition- which meant the world to her and to us!). Our three daughters requested that we come back in the future to enjoy the lake even more- which we will definitely do! Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay- your home is simply beautiful!

My wife and I stayed here with two other couples for a ski weekend and had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for us. So clean and organized and cozy. Communication with the property manager was very easy and she made sure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. A quick and easy 20 min drive from Holiday valley. Can’t wait to come back to this property again.

We were very impressed with this place in Machias! The owners were very timely with responses, and very clear with check in instructions. We had a great time at Holiday Valley, and this was a great home-base for a ski trip! The house was absolutely flawless...super clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need or want. Thanks so much for the great stay, we will be back!

Beautiful home, my family and I had a wonderful time. Great view, house was clean, charming and comfy. Owner welcomed us when we drove in. We went to Olean for dinner and Ellicottville to ski. Lots of privacy. House has everything you need. Would recommend to everyone. Excellent!

This was one of the best kid friendly vacations we had. There is a lot to do at the Nest. Everything at the Nest was done with a family in mind - from beds to bathroom to kitchen to fireplace balcony and recreation as well. We had a lot of fun there. Monica who lives nearby went above and beyond to make sure we have a pleasant stay. As soon as she saw our infant running here and there - she had the gates ready. And the next early morning she had some toys for our toddler (he got to keep one). We really appreciate the gesture as we had few more things to not worry about. Kayaks and a paddle boat to explore the lake. The community was also nice with all friendly people around. Monica was the best - she is the next door neighbour(literally) who gave us our privacy but also made sure she passed things under the door that we needed for a fun vacation. She was very thoughtful. We will be back.

Very easy to rent and communication was great from checking in to checking out! The hosts are wonderful! Love this spot and home, very clean and everything is here for you. Just bring some fishing poles.. fantastic fishing spot! Paddle boat and kayaks were fun to use. We already booked our trip for 2023! Can't wait to come back.

Stayed at this property with my fiancé and we were both absolutely blown away! So accommodating, clean, pleasant, and relaxing. From the time I booked the nest communication was perfect. I appreciate that good communication especially on a trip to a place you've not been before makes things much easier. The accommodations were so perfect It was absolutely beautiful inside and out. From nice bedrooms with plenty of space for the kids in the one room. Large open kitchen and family room with a fireplace was so relaxing You could look out over the lake for all the windows. I highly recommend the host is so gracious we will definitely be coming back for a summer visit. Loved it there.

Our family of 4 loved this home! Gorgeous view of the lake, which was frozen enough for us to walk across (the kids thought it was so cool to "walk on water "). The house was very clean and well taken care of. Beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunks. Close drive to restaurants, grocery stores, holiday valley. Owners were so sweet and wrote a hand written welcome note which was appreciated. We hope to come back again!

Good times had with family at the Nest at Lime Lake. Super clean, modern rental with great views of the water. Check in was easy with our hosts being friendly and easily available. We also appreciated the extra details and items that the owners included in the place. We skied and tubed at Holiday valley which is a quiet 20/25 minute drive from the lake. I really like the quiet atmosphere as compared to the busy feel of downtown Ellicottvillee - It feels peaceful after a day in town. Kids would have really liked to try out the paddle boats and kayaks but that will have to wait for some warmer weather and another stay! Thanks for having us!

This trip was a trip we booked for my girlfriend’s birthday weekend. We had so much fun here and the place was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The home was very cozy yet modern and sits on a beautiful lake. The couple also provides everything you could ever need (towels, kitchen items, cosmetic products etc). The entire place was also sparking clean which is important! The couple overall did an amazing job at making sure we were set to have a great stay! I highly recommend this place and will be sure to come back in the summer!
