Situated in Lake Gaston, this lovely house for R 12,838 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. 7 Bedrooms, 14 Beds, 3 Full Bathrooms, 3 Half Bathrooms, 19 Guests, 5500 Sqft, 2nd Kitchen, PET FRIENDLY Please reach out with any questions you may have! Welcome to our one-of-a-kind getaway on Lake Gaston! Our home is located on the main channel of the lake near Pretty Creek in a quaint and quiet community perfect for a serene morning or evening walk. The house is a few lots from the local marina making getting gas easy and convenient. In addition, our home is just minutes from local restaurants, boat rentals, Food Lion, mini-golf, ice cream, coffee shops, hiking trails and so much more. Our home also boasts a large gravel driveway with a roundabout for easy and roomy parking. Have fun on the lake and enjoy the sun and breathtaking views on our dock which has a depth of 6' to swim and float around. Our dock is equipped with one ladder and one set of stairs for easy access to the lake. The dock includes an outdoor shower, storage room STOCKED with 3 kayaks, lake toys including large inflatables, floating mat, hammocks, water guns, pool noodles, footballs, etc as well as lifejackets for your convenience. You can also safely stow your boats and PWC on the right side of the dock or anchor them next to our bulkhead. There is a FREE boat ramp only an 8-10 minute drive from the house located at Salmon's Landing. Our home offers the most incredible views on the entire lake with a visibility upwards of 4 miles making it easy to see the passing cars on Eaton's Ferry bridge from the comfort of our sunroom, kitchen, and dock. Along with the view are multiple amenities which INCLUDE a large fire pit, gas & charcoal grill & smoker, pool table, spike ball, spacious dock, multiple smart 4k TVs, lake toys, board games, and all the kitchen appliances you could possibly need. The kitchen is loaded with an abundance of appliances including a large double oven and all of your culinary needs which include a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, ice maker, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, utensils, and more! When you arrive all of your beds will be neatly made courtesy of our LINEN SERVICE. Bath towels, washcloths, toilet paper, soaps, detergent pods, etc will also be INCLUDED in your stay with us. Our home is also PET FRIENDLY for a cheap fee!!! Whether it's a family trip, weekend getaway, anniversary, or any other special occasion; our home is the perfect place to kick back, relax and celebrate life. My friends and I had an amazing time celebrate New Years Eve at Lake Gaston. The house provided plenty of space for our big group and offered lots of fun with the ping pong table and fire pit. Mary was such a joy to work with and was so thoughtful and accommodating!

It was absolutely perfect. Plenty of space for everyone to relax (15 adults and teens). The views are stunning and kitchen is fully loaded with all the items you need, just pack your food! Communication/responses were very prompt and helpful. We would definitely come here again!

We stayed for a birthday party and there was plenty of beds and space to accommodate 16 of us. The number of beds and sleeping areas is a big plus. Other amenities are great. Sun room was a favorite, ping pong and billiards tables were great additions, and the fire pit is great. All with an amazing view in the backyard. Owners even left some birthday balloons to greet us. It was the perfect weekend!

Words cannot do justice to just how amazing this stay was for our family. Mary is an absolute angel and the dream host…she went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect. We were greeted with flowers and chocolates, and the house was even better than described. The beds were comfortable; the fire pit was well maintained; the boat dock was sturdy and safe; and the space was perfect for our multigenerational vacation. While there are multiple levels, the front entrance was easily accessible to all…including my elderly aunt with a walker. The majority of our time was spent in the huge sunroom taking-in the lake views, but my young adult children loved playing ping pong in the lower level and even took the kayaks for a Sunday morning trip around the lake before checkout.
I can’t say enough great things about this experience, and our family is already planning our next trip to Mary’s beautiful home.

Great for large families. Nice flat yard. Plenty of space for everyone. Sunset views were amazing and lots of space on the lake right near the house for tubing, jet skis and wakeboarding. Would definitely stay there again. Communication, before, during, and after the stay was top notch.

My family and I had an amazing time at Paradise Point!! Mary was an incredible hostess - She was beyond responsive and made sure my family and I had a comfortable stay. This house is beautiful, right on the water and has plenty of room for a large group! If we ever make it back to Lake Gaston I would definitely stay at Paradise Point again! :)

Our family had a wonderful weekend. Mary made sure we had everything we needed. Not many rentals “actually” come stocked. From the kitchen supplies, linens, towels, soaps, hand soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags to the outdoor floats, chairs, games this home had it all. Literally only had to come with your clothes. Let’s talk about the view…perfect location with the most beautiful sunsets. Thank you Mary for making our weekend getaway so easy and fun!

To begin Mary was the sweetest host, was always available for questions. We had the most wonderful family vacation, our #1 Vrbo stay!!! Seven of us fit so comfortably, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space when needed. My family loved the outdoor activities, kayaking, sitting on the dock enjoying the beautiful lake, and the great firepit, with plenty of firewood!! We wish we had brought fishing poles, next time. We also loved having the pool table, and games, and Netflix for the rainy days. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking and serving a large family. We loved sitting for dinner at the sunroom table with such a beautiful view. Plenty of towels, hot water, and blankets. We loved the double oven and two refrigerators to accommodate all of our food. We also loved that the home is pet friendly!! We will definitely be returning!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Pointe. Everything was as advertised and Mary was wonderful about communicating from start to finish. We would love to come back during the warmer months to enjoy being out on the water. This is a great home for families with plenty of space and the pool table is a fun addition to an already beautiful home.

This vacation was great from the get-go. The owner was awesome before, during and after; making sure we had everything and knew everything we needed. She even had an Anniversary surprise waiting for us when we got there.

Very quiet, beautiful location on Lake Gaston. Very large house that could easily take care of 2 to 3 families. Enjoyed the large family areas overlooking the lake as well as the fire pit. NOTE for dog owners. This house is perfect for dog owners. The only note to be aware of is the neighbors have two dogs so be aware when you have your dog outside.

What a wonderful experience. The house is everything you could hope for with a large comfortable family room and sun porch, and kitchen. The outdoor space is just as inviting with a fire pit for the chilly fall nights. The weather didn’t permit for use of the fire pit but 1 night but that’s ok because the pool table, board games and smart tv’s were also entertaining. And when the power went out we barely noticed thanks to the generator. But by far what made our trip memorable was our hosts, Mary made us feel like we were staying at a friend’s lake house. She was so friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend staying here on your next trip to the lake. Thanks Mary!!

Best experience ever! On arrival the property was exactly as it was pictured on the listing and then some. The host, Mary, has gone out of her way to make sure every base is covered on your comfort. The house is warm and inviting with all the amenities you could ask for. The views of the lake were exceptional from all windows facing the lake. We spent a lot of time on the deck and boating around the lake. This house is central to everything so made that easy. It was such a good stay we didn't want to leave and look forward to staying at again next year.

We rented a pontoon boat for a few days and got to explore the area a little. Mary was such a pleasure to work with, and her response in answering any questions, was incredibly fast! This location is right in the middle of the lake, central to everything (as much as you can be) and the Sunsets while floating at the end of the dock are priceless. Paradise Pointe was the perfect choice for our family summer vacation @ Lake Gaston! The location of the property was fantastic with stunning sunset views and broad lake views from the huge sunroom. It was also an ideal location in regards to services, gas, grocery shopping, & boat rentals. The home was spacious and offered several areas for relaxing & dining. The sunroom which ran the entire length of the home and overlooked the water was fantastic! The wifi connection was quite good for the Lake. We loved the waterfront which had ample room for boats, sunning, fishing and steps into the shallow water for the young ones. We caught 5 catfish off the dock while there! The host Mary was extremely responsive for inquiries or any issues that arose. She was just a phone call away. The home was clean with plenty of towels and kitchen items for our cookouts and family dinners. We used the firepit and many of the floats, kayaks, provided. Mary was the best host. She was very attentive to our needs. She welcomes us with beautiful flowers and chocolates. The house has everything we needed and more. E loved the views from the sun room and dock. I could sit for hours looking out over the lake, resting and reading. The dock was great for sitting out and swimming. We also enjoyed the kyacks. Highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Setting
We had such a tremendous time in Mary & Bryce’s beautiful home. The home, property and boathouse are all meticulously maintained. There is plenty of space for kids to play, swim and fish, and the western exposure let us fully enjoy Lake Gaston’s beautiful sunsets.
Mary’s thoughtfulness and communication are exemplary; we felt truly welcomed upon arrival and looked after throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
