This was a perfect house for a family, including a pet. It had everything we needed, and then some, although the beach was not what we had hoped with the red tide that had nothing to do with the owner, we were thankful the house was so wonderful and provided all the fun and everything else we needed.

It was perfect for our group! The kids loved the paddle boards, kayaks, and fishing off the dock. We loved the tiki hut and the dock at the house. It was so nice to just hop on the boat and go out to the sandbars. The house had everything we could have needed and the baby gates were perfect to keep the little ones off the stairs. The house was beautiful and the adults and kids all had a blast!

This is a great house and the location, especially if you are a boater, is fantastic, literally 30 seconds to the Intracoastal Waterway yet boat is completely protected from boat wakes etc. awesome Dockage, great bayou to swim off the dock too. House is very nice, well equipped, and the whole process with Tim, the owner, was as easy as could be. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing stay! The house was equipped with everything and more. Our toddler loved the extra toys and crib in the master. We found a bunch of shells and sharks teeth. The owner went above and beyond answering questions and recommendations for golf cart rentals. My family had a wonderful week on Palm Island.

We had two families stay here with three children under 4 years old. We were delighted to see built-in baby gates on the main living level that allowed us to relax knowing the kids were safe in a multi-story home while cooking dinner and enjoying each others company. The property is located on a deep water canal with direct access into the ICW. This was a breeze and made it so nice to jump on the boat for a quick cruise to Rum Bay or one of the many local sandbar/beaches (while avoiding the wake of being directly on the bay and worrying about your boat). The master suite was perfect for our family of four and would work for more children too and the guest bedroom suite was spacious enough for our accompanying friend couple with pop up crib. Half bath with laundry was convenient for day time while each family still had their own private full bath. Everything in the home was as expected PLUS MORE: baby bouncer, kid toys, extra beach towels, koozies, blankets, pantry items, etc. We were very pleased and will definitely return. Car access was easy but a golf cart definitely made exploring more fun! Public beach access within 5 minutes. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful - thank you!!

We have stayed in many VRBOs on Palm Island and this had the nicest interior by far. The exterior accommodations were outstanding as well. We enjoyed relaxing in the multiple outdoor spaces. Our family had a great time. The house was exactly as described. Clean and very good communication from the owner. The location was easy to get to near the ferry and had an awesome dock.

The McCoys house was a wonderful place to spend time relaxing and reuniting with our son who moved to texas after graduating from college. We arrived to the island by our flats boat , found the area by the property to be great for fishing and watching dolphins and native birds. The rental golfcart which Tim helped us aquire was a perfect vehicle for a quick trip to view sunset and touring the island. The home was fitted with everthing you needed to create spectacular dinners and enough bikes and water toys to keep everyone busy. We were able to bring our family dog who loved every minute on the island. This brought great joy to all of us.

Nothing but relaxing and enjoyable! The home was great! It had everything we needed to cook multiple meals daily, plenty of space for our family of 5 with 2 dogs, very clean and comfortable. The kayak and paddle boards were great for the kid's. The property is on a smaller waterway which made it safe for the kid's to swim also. Wonderful property that we will definitely return to!
