The property was easy to find, even at night. Conveniently located at the beach with beach access right from the parking lot. The spiral staircase is a bit tricky to navigate if carrying a suitcase. There are not outlets in the bathrooms, but a movable mirror was provided in the bedroom with a nearby outlet. The bed and other furniture was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend as we were in town to see a comedian. The space was perfect for the two of us. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Also just steps away from the beach! We had a great weekend!

A++. Perfect place for a Jacksonville Beach get away. Beach just a few steps away. Very clean and owners communicated quickly and answered all my questions. Great pool and beach access. Highly recommend

This particular unit faces the secure parking lot. Parking is directly in front of unit. This is an older building, likely a motel in the distant past. It is clean and convenient to the beach. If you have more than a couple of beach chairs, we recommend bringing a beach cart. The bed upstairs was comfortable; however, the pullout couch was not, so we purchased a 4" memory foam topper which we took home for a guest bedroom. Plenty of drivable restaurants with live music and a few within walking distance. The beach was beautiful and the pool was also very nice. Beach chairs were provided, but we brought our own. Owners responded quickly to any questions.

I enjoyed a nice quiet stay, with gated parking, clean pool, easy access to the ocean. I had no complaints and will return again.

This place was perfect for our long weekend. It was an old style beach motel redone into a modern beach side apartment. Nicely decorated and clean. Gated parking right next to the beach with its own beach access. Walking distance to food, easy driving distance to everything. We’ll definitely be back if we find ourselves in the Jacksonville Beach area again.

Nice location, it only has window units… if you want “plush” this isn’t it. Good location, super close to the beach, but lacking in “creature comforts”.

Great time this week. All amenities needed were at condo. Right on the beach plus a pool. Close to everything and secure location. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a getaway to Jax Beach.

Great safe location & quiet!!
We had such a great experience at this property! It was so safe behind gates I didn’t even lock the doors! The unit was on the ground snd steps away from private beach access. It was so relaxing for my husband and me! Thd bed was comfortable & condo was clean and beautiful.

We came for a quick weekend and are former Jax Beach residents so they location was excellent! Very clean, everything that we needed, the AC units run pretty loud but aside from that, we loved it. And you can’t beat the beach access!

Myself, my husband and our 11 year old daughter had a wonderful thanksgiving break getaway here. The beach access was wonderful. Watched the sunrise every morning. The condo itself slept us so comfortabley. It was even stocked with everything we needed to prepare our modest thanksgiving dinner we bought at Publix down the street. Wi-Fi was reliable and the TV setup was a breeze. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again. Thank you so much! Also, the welcome binder with restaurant recommendations was awesome. We tried almost every one on the list!

The location online says it's a block from the beach but it actually has a private beach entrance. It was perfect. The spot is a little small considering we brought our daughters but my husband and I will return alone. We really liked it.
