This place was attractively decorated, thorough in providing everything a couple might need for a short stay, including K cup coffee maker, toaster, hot plate, electric fryer. The bed was very comfortable. The other furniture was well placed for watching tv or just reading.

Excellent trip to Beaufort and a lovely, comfortable and well equipped cottage in a peaceful setting. I enjoyed my stay and hope to return. I had everything I needed only didn't find a hair dryer (but one wasn't listed in the add). The property is very appealing and an excellent choice overall.

This beautiful bungalow exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and the area is beautiful. The property is within walking distance of downtown Beaufort shops and restaurants. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

The property is a very clean, very air conditioned, location with great access to all you want to do in and around Beaufort. With a quick, less than a mile, bike ride to the Beaufort downtown waterfront we had plenty to do during our stay. Wendell was very accommodating and responded quickly via text message to our queries. I really enjoyed staying here and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

We had a great time staying here for a weekend trip to the coast. It was an easy drive to beaches and local attractions. In the evenings, it was just a short walk to restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay (well stocked kitchenette, towels, bedding.)

This property is as nice or nicer than it looks in the photos. The house has lots of extras like kitchen items, silverware, coffee maker and a mini fridge that was great to keep our groceries fresh. Very well kept and Wendell is very hospitable. The location is within walking distance of historic downtown. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Beaufort.

Conveniently located to downtown and the boat ramp. Accurate description of property along with boat parking/wash down. Wendell was helpful to resolve Wi-Fi and TV issues when we arrived. We would recommend this property to people who just wants a simple place to stay and can accommodate boat parking. Wendell also let us use his grill to cook two meals on. We will book this one again next time we visit Beaufort.

Property is very very nice and was very clean. We had coffee on the front porch in the mornings. We walked downtown and enjoyed all the benefits Beaufort had to offer. We would stay here again.

This cottage is perfect for your stay in Beaufort. It's completely stocked with everything you will need and beautifully decorated, furnished, and has some high quality unique architectural details. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. I brought my kayak, and they allowed me to store it by the cottage. They even let me use their water hose to rinse the salt off after I paddled. Definitely a really nice place for a couple to stay.

This guest cottage is beautiful! The cottage was situated behind the main house on the property but still felt very private. It was within walking distance to many great shops and restaurants. It was very clean and well cared for. We will definitely stay here again when in Beaufort or the surrounding area.

Our hosts were gracious and friendly, and their property was gorgeous. We loved that the location was a bit off the beaten path so we could enjoy quiet time together but quickly and easily access all downtown Beaufort had to offer. The detached guest house exceeded our expectations for comfort and overall value. We look forward to booking this property in the future.

The cottage was even better than the pictures. Vaulted ceiling made it feel much more spacious. Wendell and his wife were gracious hosts. The property was clean and very well maintained. A perfect romantic getaway for a couple.

Perfect updated small and cozy cottage for our family of four. Very clean and safe area. This neighborhood is eclectic and is as it has been for decades. Neighbors are all very friendly and welcoming. This was an easy walk to all things downtown. Highly recommend, especially for the price.

We had a great time. This location was wonderfull (charming & peacefull). Everything was as stated on Vrbo site. The owners had bluberry muffins on the table waiting for us. We highly recommend this property.
