The Stay Was Great Just Need To Be More Transparent From The Beginning Said It Was A 5 Bedroom But Only Had 3

Not a great booking experience. Property manager changed price after we had booked and paid over 2 weeks earlier. Check in and check out instructions were not provided in the VRBO app. I had to message multiple times to get the check in instructions. The property was not “Newly constructed” as listed. It did look “Newly renovated” but it looked like all renovations were done as cheaply as possible (paint from walls running onto ceiling, patch work not painted over, etc). No hand soap in the kitchen and a bathroom, no hot pads, no scrub brushes for dishes and the overall unit was cleaned but there were many areas missed like wiping down bathroom counters. There were also safety concerns, namely, a fire detector with a plastic bag on it, and loose dangling electrical wires. Overall our stay was fine but I would not rent from them again.
