Recently built pet friendly gorgeous 5 bedroom beach house with heated pool and game room with pool table, foosball, dart, shuffle board and ping pong. Living rooms on each level. Great for families. Gourmet chef's kitchen with 5 burner gas stove. Cable TV with all movie channels provided. Privacy fenced backyard includes a heated pool, putting green, bocci court, outdoor dining under the covered patio and a smart TV. Short walk to beach and next to the best park at the beaches which includes a skate park, tennis courts, sand volley ball courts and basketball courts. Very centrally located about 9 blocks to the beach and walking distance from restaurants, bars and shops. Also amount 1 mile from several grocery stores and Target. Uber, Lyft and Taxi service is readily available. The adjoining property is also available for rental. It's 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8. Also has private heated swimming pool and large covered patio. Please contact us if you would like more information on renting both properties. This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Overall the best property we have stayed in anywhere. The house itself is so roomy, clean and organized. It’s like someone just thought of everything you might need for a large group to enjoy themselves and be comfortable. Pool is great, game room is fun, nearby park is amazing. Beach is close, neighborhood is lovely and safe. Furnishings are beautiful and top-notch. Check in and out procedures easy. Our group consisted of teenagers, parents and grandparents, and everyone loved it. No disappointments - a great place!

This property exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at many different properties over the years for vacation and this, hands down, was the most beautiful property yet.
We had a small issue with a clogged toilet. We reached out and it was handled immediately and housekeeping was also sent out. I was shocked at the customer service 10/10.
My children are older now and it’s hard to get everyone together. They all agreed it was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had.
Everything we needed or could have imagined was stocked in the home. You literally don’t need to bring a thing…beach chairs, wagon, towels, games, even pool floats were provided. The kitchen was also fully stocked. To say we were impressed was an understatement and we will forever book our vacations with this company.
Thank you for an amazing family vacation spot. It’s one will will never forget!

Can’t say enough how perfect this home is - spotless, equipped, convenient, and well managed. 8 adults and a curious 2 year old, we found plenty to enjoy from the beautiful pool, the putting green and bocce, patio and lanai with fans and streaming TV’s, well equipped kitchen, and clean comfortable beds and baths. Great location near the beach and restaurants as well. We felt bad for our family members who were stuck at the Margaritaville - we felt like we won the lottery!

Really can’t say enough about the house. Near a big park and is pretty walkable to the beach.
They set it up to have everything we could need. Plenty of kitchenware and everything we would need was in plenty. The pool and outdoor area is great and there are plenty of TV’s all with cable.
Would definitely suggest this house and property company!

My daughter celebrated her birthday with her Bridal Party in Jacksonville Beach's various hotspots all week, all the way up to her wedding!! The home is well situated for restaraunts, and clubs, and a short a 15 minute walk to the beach, plus a nice park down the street if you have young children. The home has all the amenities to relax and enjoy just staying in as well! I would highly recommend this home. The owner is great and very communicative! We will definitely look ti booking this home again.

Great location just a few houses from one of the best playgrounds/parks around, easy access to beach, and plenty of restaurants/stores around. Well stocked inside and out including kitchen, beach toys/chairs, gameroom, plenty of tv's for everyone even outside by the pool. Managers were great and easily accessible prior to and throughout our stay. Would highly recommend, and would stay again.

House was exactly as advertised. Very clean and very well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, cleaning supplies so we didn’t have to go to the grocery for any toiletries or cleaning supplies. There was a problem with the upstairs coffee machine that we were just notifying the renter of and within an hour someone came to fix it. The saltwater pool was extremely nice and clean. There was nothing we didn’t like about it. We brought our two dogs and it was plenty of room for them outside and in. We highly recommend this property to anyone with kids, pets, or just a couple. It doesn’t disappoint.

The house was a great central location. It’s a corner lot by the road, which meant some street traffic noise, but wasn’t bad. Also right by a fire station, but we didn’t hear them at all. Can walk to a really great playground/splash area for kids which we loved! Short drive to the beach with free parking and easy access to shopping/eats. The house is great but didn’t feel very clean. The beds were fine and showers and toilets were too. The floors left our feet black very quickly, handles were sticky, kitchen trash pull out feels dirty.. the cleaning crew could do a better job. The bathroom floors felt slimy, like soap wasn’t fully washed off. We let our concerns be known and they came back to clean again. It was a little better but not much. A good deep cleaning throughout would really go a long way! Overall didn’t affect our stay much as we enjoyed our time out back by the pool or at the beach. Again a good cleaning and this place would be top knotch!

great for reunion
This was a wonderful house for 5 college gals and their spouses. It was one of the best equipped houses we have ever rented. The kitchen area was large enough for several of us to cook together and all the gadgets we could want for cooking were provided. There was enough seating at the dining table for 10 adults to eat and play games. The beds were all comfortable and clean. The game room was used frequently. The heated swimming pool was enjoyed by all even when the temps were only in the 60's. The fire pit was a nice addition. The staff at Welcome Home was very helpful and quickly solved some small details that came up. We would highly recommend this home to any group looking for a place to hang out and catch up with each other.

Incredible home!
My family rented this home for my mom’s memorial weekend. Though they were in town for a sad occasion, this home made it so much happier! We had plenty of space to gather and share meals, rooms for all guests, games to play, and though we didn’t swim, the pool was warm and inviting! A local friend who was with us for dinner after the service said she’d be reaching out to rent the home next time her daughter-in-law’s family visits. I plan to rent it again for holiday visits. Such an incredible home, great location, and great communication from Mike before, during and after our stay!

Great house for active families!
This house is perfectly located next to the community park. We were able to play volleyball, tennis, pickleball (must borrow the net from the rec department located across the parking lot), ride the skatepark, and use the playground. It's a quick drive or bike ride to the beach. The house is very clean and has everything you need from toilet paper, shampoo, and dish soap to beach chairs, beach towels, and 2 washers and driers. Plenty of seating around the pool. This house worked well for my 88 year old mom as well as for my 2 year old niece and everyone in between. Kitchen is well appointed and there are 2 additional refrigerators. I was able to send a text to the property manager when we had an issue with the a.c. and she responded immediately. Maintenance man was kind and efficient. They definitely wanted to make sure we were happy with our stay. I highly recommend this property and owner (we rented the adjacent property for 3 days- this is an awesome home as well!).

Awesome Family Vacation
The place was perfect and just what we were looking for to accommodate my husband and I, our three adult daughters along with their spouses and children. There was plenty of room for everyone and the extra fridge in the game room was great. I would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Perfect place for a golf trip!
This house was perfect. Beds were very comfortable, great location in Jacksonville beach, asked if we could have an extended checkout on the last day and Mike was very accommodating! Next time I come down to Jacksonville I will stay there again!

We stayed for five days in February 2021 to celebrate my daughter's 14th birthday. Perfect home for families (we have three kids ages 5-14) with the game room, the pool, and the (very nearby) playground/park. The pool is heated, so we could swim comfortably, even in February! All the little details that were in place - such as laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher detergent, q-tips, towels, the smart TVs - everything was there that we could possibly have needed! There were even a few board games and kids' books upstairs! So appreciated those little details! Definitely want to stay here again in the future!!
