Living is easy here with a social kitchen and dining space leading to a spacious living room. The living room opens out onto a covered patio and fully fenced back yard. A BBQ for the summer and a wood burner in the lounge for the winter!

Place was adequate for 4 adults...patio area needed cleanup as wasnt inviting at all....beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked.

There were several things that need attention: A Rat in the kitchen, cockroach in hallway, property alarm that went off when we arrived with no communication that there would be an alarm and how to disarm, A contractor showed up to fix windows at 8 in the morning while we were still there, no call back from the management company to discuss these items! Worst rental I've ever had!

House was well equipped and beds comfortable. A hot water issue was resolved quickly by manager and house was as advertised.

Luxurious sheets on comfy beds. Modern lounge in a traditional high ceiling home. Room for all and with enough wood in the shed to keep the fireplace alight during the cokd winter evenings. Loved our stay. Thank you Susan and team for responding quickly to any of our queries.

Front sliding doors need fixing. We were so handy to every shop and entertainment centre’s thanks for a warm house.xx

The location is very handy for all activities around Rotorua. Beds were good. First bathroom was very outdated and the second one had no lock. Not ideal with a family of 6.
The Kitchen had an old fireplace with fire-bricks sticking out, where one of the kids stabbed their toe on it quite badly.

We asked for additional cleaning as the house was really not clean. after 2nd cleaning, there was still papers and food under on bed. Apparently, cleaning does not go under beds. Smelling whan coming into the house was really bas, probably the carpet...

We booked this property due to its central location and ~5km from the Whaka100 start / finish line, therefore close enough to cycle to and from.
The property is not only pet friendly but pet welcoming as it's fully fenced, including dog mesh around the perimeter of the garden. The mesh doesn't detract from the ambience and gave reassurance that our dog could roam around without finding a gap.
The facilities made for a very comfortable stay. The Logitech blue tooth adapter was a welcome feature too.

Needed a property to cater for 6 adults & 2 teenagers. This property suited & would stay again. Was pet friendly, we didn’t take our dog but she would have been ok there.
