The Location - the Sunshine Beach village is steps away from this simple and bright unit, with Hastings Street Noosa an 8-minute short drive by car. The Unit - This 2-bedroom (1 queen and 2 singles) , 2 bathroom is simple in decor but it is all about the Sunshine Beach holiday location - it features an ensuite to the master & a full-size bath in the family bathroom. A 2nd floor unit gives breezy views of the beach in the distance with its large bright balcony and a second balcony overlooks the complex swimming pool. There is no wifi internet please note. There is a new TV in the lounge and a TV in the master bedroom, which also has ceiling fans. The unit is fully self-contained with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, laundry facilities, and secure undercover parking for one car. Relax by the pool or take a stroll down to the local shops, restaurants, and Sunshine Beach Surf Club. Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchen items and laundry. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a simple starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents etc. to get you through your first night. Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00pm.
