It was good, the property was a bit quirky but lovely. Needed an iron, but that was the only thing that could have improved the experience. The messaging we got from Stayz was conflicting and confusing, so we tried to contact the owner for about 4-5 days to no avail until the last day. I woud stay there again.

Well presented, a few books and magazines would have added to the appeal. Mention of the stairs may be helpful for some people

Made for a perfect place to stay for a work trip but this would also serve as a good home base for one or two couples to explore the sights and tastes of the Barossa.

The property had the essentials, no hair dryer if that makes a difference in how you pack. The accommodation bedrooms are right up against the main street in Angaston, which means your bedroom window is next to the sidewalk. You can hear people walking past talking at night. There weren’t any directions for aircon (how to use the wall mounted controller to warm the rooms individually) or detailed instructions for check out which would have been helpful. Back patio is beautiful with the vines.

This property is in a perfect location for a stay in Angaston with lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very accommodating of an early check-in and left basic breakfast supplies for us. This is a beautiful property and has the potential to be a great holiday home for guests once a few things are addressed by the host: *The bathroom light (on the rare occasion you can turn it on) only stays on for 15 seconds and there were no shower hygiene provisions provided in the bathroom i.e. no soap/shower gel or shampoo/conditioner. *The television isn't connected to an aerial so there are no channels on the TV. *There is no microwave in the kitchen and no manual left for the oven. I spent 20 minutes on google trying to figure out how to reset the clock on the oven so that I could actually cook in it. *The property was very clean except for the floors which were dusty and there were lots of cobwebs throughout the house.

Quite a delightful surprise located in the middle of Angaston and yet very private. Incredibly convenient to take advantage of this delightful secret and the most amazing Casa Carboni for dinner...a short stroll back after some beautiful wines. Surprisingly interesting artwork.
