There are 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 kid's beds, just perfect for the whole family. The home is located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood so the yard is a wonderful retreat with a gas barbecue and outdoor seating. This house comes with kayaks, and bicycles making it a wonderful vacation home! (Please note we only allow small dogs, no cats.) The beach is a minute's walk, also the area at the beach has a swing. Take advantage of the kayaks, and paddle boards to fully immerse in the beach experience. The village of Southold is within a mile of the house.
