Reviewer Comments:
The space worked very well with us. Pleasant atmosphere that was improved by the lush vegetation all around. Kira was very prompt and courteous in responding to my queries. My one suggestion is to improve the parking situations. Finding a spot after 10 sometimes proved challenging.

We had the best time! The condo was perfect for our family (mom, dad, 2 teens and my adult sister) and has everything you’ll need and is close to shopping and great choices for food and activities. Can’t wait to come visit again!

This was a lovely home base for our family's Kauai adventure. Location and rooms exactly as advertised.

This property was wonderful, very comfortable, met our needs very well, the location was close to the things we wanted to do, the reservation process was great.

This whole experience breathed aloha for us first-time visitors to Hawai'i. In addition to being beautiful and restful, the condo smelled fresh when we walked in. Everything we needed was there, down to details like dishwasher and washing machine pods, clothespins on the back porch drying rack, and a comprehensive island guidebook. Communications were smooth and thorough.
The best surprise was having a front-row view of the moonrise through the two-story windows. Just magical.

I liked the beautiful wood work and the slightly rustic feel of the place. Good instructions for getting in and out. The location was OK but there wasn't much to do that was walkable. Pretty much needed the car to do anything. Plenty of amenities and very spacious, but the price seemed a little high compared to other units in the area. Solar heated pool was great if the sun was out but chilly in cloudy weather. Also no hot tub, which would have been great for the cool winter nights. I thought the checkout rules were a little rigid considering the cleaning fee, asking you to recycle cardboard at a muddy dump a mile down the road (which we did) seemed a little excessive. It was overall a very nice place though.

This place was a great location to do activities on the north shore. If you are doing a lot of activities South the travel time can be time consuming. The property is nice but It is showing a little wear though.

About what we expected. Easy communication and access. House was clean but starting to show some age and wear and tear.
Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and body boards, though only about 4 beach towels so larger parties may want to bring extra.
Location was good, not too deep into the Princeville mega resort area so it is easy to get out and about to explore. Condo was a small 1 minute walk from the parking lot. Would recommend the walk down to Wylie/Anini beach if you are a decent hiker. And of course it goes without saying that the north of Kauai is one of the best places to spend your precious time on this planet!
The negatives were pretty minor. We thought the sofa wasn't so inviting and was rather uncomfortable, this might matter more for you if you happen to spend more time inside because of bad weather or etc. And the beds in the two adult rooms were really comfy, but the twin beds in the kids room were decidedly not comfortable, but luckily our kids didn't mind. The upstairs bath could use a new shower head and some fresh caulking.
Overall thanks for sharing your home with us!

Perfect for our family
The size and layout of the property was perfect for us; 2 parents and 3 teenagers. There is no A/C, which we knew ahead of time, and you really don’t need it. We loved the location. You can walk/hike to the beach and the neighborhood is great for a morning or evening walk. We even walked to Queen’s Bath one morning for an adventure before the kids got up. We also enjoyed the little farmer’s market right in our Princeville neighborhood. The property had everything we needed. No complaints at all!

This has been the best rental experience I’ve ever had. The rental was so well-stocked. It had all of the necessities like towels, beach towels, beach chairs, but little details were accounted for like laundry pods, ziploc bags, sunscreen and bug spray.
The property manager was so attentive and communicative, all of our needs were met.
The place itself was perfect for our group of 6. The location is perfect, next to a shopping center, walking distance to a quiet beach and a 10 minute drive to Hanalei Beach.

The place was clean except for a few kitchen items but that was no big deal. With no air conditioning the place was damp with the amount of rain Kauai has had. The family room furniture is very uncomfortable, I believe its actually outdoor furniture. the place needs a little TLC. We had trouble with mosquitos inside the house some of the window screens had holes and some didn't work at all. Beach chairs and boogie boards were great. The outdoor pool area and parking lot needs help We never used the pool it looked a little dirty and not welcoming at all.

The good: House has great amenities, including a clean, updated kitchen, common spaces, and beach gear. Princeville is very pretty and surrounding area is nice, but as a whole is a bit far from most activities on island (Poipu, Waimea, Lihue), meaning most days we had to drive an hour+ each way to get to various activities.
The bad: the internet was HORRIBLE. Essentially unusable. We had to call Spectrum multiple times spending over an hour, where they walked through resetting the modem and router to no avail. It maxed out at 5-10mbps for the first 5 min after resetting and then was 0 mbps thereafter (wifi plan was apparently 400 mbps). We had to go buy an Ethernet connector and use our own computer to wifi share. Even then the wifi cut out at least once an hour. Impossible to work from this place. Luckily we only tried to for a day.
The ugly: The property manager seems to be ignoring the fact that there is a wifi problem. This could easily be solved by buying a new router ($50-$100 one time investment) but instead they just say “call spectrum - they’ll fix it”. This is a lie. Spectrum says the router is an issue because the router is very outdated (doesn’t even have 2.4/5 ghz split which is standard for all routers nowadays). The property manager knows people have to deal with wifi issues all the time because she puts the account name and number in the guest book so guests can reference it when calling! Spending hours on the phone with the wifi company and resetting the router all the time really soured the experience. Hope this finally gets them to make the change.

We stayed here for one week with my partner, grandparents, and our six year old. The house had everything we needed and was so easy to walk to town and the beach and the pool. Great bonus of having boogie boards and beach chairs for the whole family. We loved having coffee on the patio and relaxing with homemade dinners after long days out on the water- the kitchen was well equipped and has a great layout for having everyone together. The upstairs makes a great area to get a little work done and quiet reading space too. We had great communication with the hosts as well and really enjoyed our stay!
